I bought some merchandise at your store. I was missing something I bought when I got home. I thought the checkout clerk had not given me what I bought. I checked around the seat of my car. No sign of it. I called the store and the clerk was certain she had given me what I bought. She asked me to come back to the store anyway. By the time I went to the store, the checkout clerk had gone home. The manager gave me the item I thought was missing. I thanked him and I left. Upon my return, I checked the other side of the car - and sure enough, the missing item was there! I went back to the store and returned the item. I mentioned to the store manager that the checkout clerk was right, I was wrong and that he was gracious. They did not question me and gave me the item that I thought was missing. I was the one who was wrong. Customers can be wrong. Their graciousness surely makes me very happy. To the store manager and the checkout clerk - please accept my apologies. Thanks very much

Dont Waste your time. Horrible experience! No empowered employees and a system unwilling to find solutions! The scheduler for the take care clinic gave me incorrect information, and told me to bring my ID and insurance for minor child... and then when I got there after driving and waiting for an hour, refused to see my young daughter because I did not have her specific insurance card. Even though shes on my account and no other health professional entity has had difficulties ever pulling up her insurance information, and I was told specifically to bring mine instead, they refused her treatment. No system in place to help, unwilling to help, unfriendly. What a shame to have such a good option for families but to be run so horribly. What a disaster! Dont Waste your time here!!!!!!!! Ive already gone to urgent care and had no problems being see right away!
