The young dark headed girl who works at the pharmacy was exremely rude!! Ive never seen someone so anti-social working in a pharmacy, but that poor girl was the absolute worst Ive ever encountered. I was comparing prices to other pharmacies with a discount prescription card, and she seemed very annoyed when she had to enter me into her system to try to answer my price question. Then when she called me to say that they didnt have it in stock and theyd have to order it, she hung up on me! I asked if the discount card would work on my prescription, she said no and I continued by saying that I no longer wanted the prescription from CVS since I could get it half of that price from Walmart, and she hung up on me mid sentence! I felt very unimportant. I will not got to CVS anymore due to their poor customer service.

Pharmacy has fouled prescriptions up 4 straight times, i.e. (prescription not ready) failed to call in for new prescription, (prescription not ready) sent prescription to another store (Atlanta, instead of their own), (prescription not ready) consulted wrong doctor, and most recently (prescription not ready) "someone in the pharmacy forgot to fill it." Very disappointing. What was very good in Sandy Springs, GA is very mediocre in Ballwin. Pharmacy personnel are friendly; they just get it wrong...seemingly every time. Sadly, going somewhere else.

Not open 24 hours. Google says this is a 24 hour pharmacy but here I am at 11:30 and its closed. This is the responsibility of the stores managers to make sure such information is accurate.
