Ive never hated car buying until I went here. I have bad credit I was honest about it and they swear up and down they work with all credit. They say apply online then come in...I applied and went in. First red flag was that I pulled in and the guy just stood at my car waiting for me to get out and instantly asks what Im looking for I told him I want them to see if they can work with my credit. He said credit wont be an issue they can work on that and insisted we look at a car. I told him I wanted to see a certain suv and he tried to instantly sell me on a used car which was a hyundai not even a mazda. We go inside he pulled up my info but said he isnt part of Internet sales so they has to run my credit AGAIN. He prints my application and pulls out another paper writes down the amount down that I have and says if I can get your payment where you want it are u going to by this car today ? I said I havent even looked at cars other than this hyundai u keep mentioning but I came to mazda for a mazda. So he goes to talk to someone else. 10 minutes later he comes back and tells me they cant work with me that the bank said no. I asked exactly why and he didnt know. He told me the dealership cant even see my credit score. They just get a yes or no. So how do you exactly help people with bad credit and he just shrugged his shoulders. As this was happening another salesperson called my cell phone to try and get me to come in and see if they could help me. Thsee people couldnt find their way out of a card board box, have no idea what they are doing or how the process works....funny tHong is the Chevy dealership told me how it works and because I was shopping on Sunday its based on the computer not actually someone at the bank. At least the Chevy dealership was honest and told me they will try to get me help through the bank on monday. I will make sure no one I know or anyone in my family drives a mazda from them especially since they vehicle they pushed down my throat was a hyundai Ill just send people to the hyundai dealership.

The buying process wasnt so bad... once we had the car though... wow, never again! Various checks needed to be done and each time we were treated like uneducated children. Their check in process for service is so confusing. No direction on where to park, who to see, etc. You just have to stand there hoping someone sees you. Then you go into a service office and wait another 5-10 min while they do something. Finally, they dont listen to your complaint. We avoided them for 5 years after we left there once and when we picked the car up, it had a broken headlight. Really?? Now I have a problem with the brakes on our Mazda3 that our local mechanic couldnt fix after replacing the master cylinder which was Mazdas recommendation. The mechanic called this dealer several times and finally told me to just take it to them but make sure they knew his name so they could coordinate. I dropped the car off this morning with the usual confusion of not knowing where to go then having to sit in a cramped office while she walks around doing something important. Finally I explain the problem... which she interrupts me often to get my address, name, etc. (I bought the car there! Why am I not in your computer?!!)... after explaining that she should have her mechanic call mine so they arent duplicating efforts which will save all of us time and money, she simply says... "so the breaks seem.. squishy, is that the right word?" Holy crap lady! Im not 12 years old. I know what Im telling you. Now, I am home after their free shuttle brought me here (took an hour for me to get on it) and the one hour she estimated it would take for them to examine the problem has now taken 4 hours with no call. I just called them and nobody knew who I was, why I am calling, and what car is mine. I will Never, ever, ever buy a car here again, have one serviced, or send even my most hated enemy to these people. Stay away.

I have now purchased 12 vehicles over the past 20 years. This experience makes me a very difficult customer to make happy. But, when people prove them self to me, it is truly quite an accomplishment. Zach Jones is very enthusiastic and energetic and seemed to immediately jump to attend to any and all of my questions. He presented himself extremely professional and eager to serve. He certainly was not trying to play any "games" with me. Clearly his primary concern was my complete and total satisfaction. I am an extremely skeptical person, often times fearful of being cheated, but, my salesperson Zach Jones as well as the dealerships General Manager, John Pendelos have proven themselves to be trustworthy and honest. This is a trait not often found in dealerships and is not something I can say about other sales folks that i have worked with. Certainly some were good at their jobs, but Zach and John are "good people." John took the time to explain all of the details of the financing and all of the charges applicable to the purchase. He went above and beyond to locate the best vehicle and work the best deal possible. The purchase took several weeks, several phone calls, several visits to the dealership. They never tired of me, always jumping to try and please me. In the end, I am very pleased with my vehicle and appreciative of all the extra time and effort they were so willing to give in assuring that I was completely happy with the purchase. Plus, from a dollars and cents perspective, this was the best deal I have ever struck. New or Used, I know who I will seek out for my next purchase, Zach Jones and John Pendelos.

Worst experience at this dealership. Came here a few weeks ago to do some preliminary research. We made it clear to our salesman, Jose that if we were to purchase a car it would not be for a few months down the line. Jose provided decent service, dont get me wrong. Was knowledgeable enough about the car, made us feel comfortable, personable etc. He then brought us in to speak with his cousin Carlos - at this point I expected the typical car dealership sales pitch. However, Carlos took it way too far, telling us our financial decisions were irresponsible (completing a big move before taking on another car payment, really??) and going back and forth in an extremely argumentative manner. Eventually Carlos stormed out of the hallway that he was berating us in, in front of other customers and coworkers, shouting "I cant believe what Im hearing right now bro, this is RIDICULOUS!". Quickly we finished up with Jose and walked out to Carlos saying negative things about us, a potential customer (absolutely not anymore) to the other sales people. I cannot believe this level of unprofessionalism that this dealership upholds with these kind of employees. This is NOT how to retain customers or build relationships. I will definitely be purchasing a car in a couple months, but I can guarantee you I will be taking my business elsewhere after our experience at this dealership.
