BEWARE Dont purchase appliances from Home Depot unless you are picking up at the store! I attempted to purchase a whole set of appliances from this Home Depot. The delivery was scheduled for 9 days after purchase which was insane to begging with and they use a 3rd party delivery company. Then on delivery day, I tried checking with the delivery company in multiple occasions who claimed they were delayed because of the rain... I am in Florida and it rains everyday. I got a call at 10 PM that day to say they were not coming... the next day I called the delivery company and they told me that the next available time for delivery was 6 days away... and that if it rains the same thing could happen. I decided to cancel my order with Home Depot and go to HH GREGG to purchase the appliances. HH GREGG matched Home depot prices and I received my appliances the next day!!! Home Depot customer service was unacceptable.

The employees were very rude not helpful Ms. JENIFFER by the tile department not helpful at all waited for her for 10 minutes they couldnt find her and ms.Ariel in the service department even worse. I was there 12/10/2016. Let me tell you the manager MS. Tamika Evans is not doing her job her employees are to busy texting and ignoring the customers . As a consumer and a business owner I feel is my responsability to warn other customers of the poor service the store 6341 located 5801 S.UNIVERSITY DRIVE DAVIE FL.is doing.I spend 30 minutes trying to purchase chairs and left empty handed because they couldnt be bother. The store lost 400 dollars like myself many other customers are walking out not good for business . My advice to Ms. Tamika Evans is Give jobs to people that want to work. The employees you have are a bad reflection on you and worse reflection on HomeDepot .

I would not waste my time going to this Home Depot. I needed two things: 1. a 6 1/2 inch 90 tooth saw blade for a cordless Dewalt saw that this store sells. This is the blade that comes with this saw. In broken English their tool guy tells me we no have DeWalt saw blades (or any blade that would cut a 2x4 without it looking all chewed up!). 2. A 1 1/4 inch socket in 1/2 inch drive. Biggest socket they have is 1 inch. Employee seemed completely disinterested in helping anyone. Seemed like I was bothering him. I guess I got the 50% of the mid-day employees who dont care if anyone shops here. Pembroke Pines Lowes is much better. Sticking with Sears for Tools.

Ive been here 2x. A year ago I learned that to move, Home Depot would rent me a truck for a FRACTION of the price that Uhaul would and the woman was so friendly when I went in. Very easy to rent. I went back today and dealth with Greg & Tami (very friendly) with a plea for help on a craft Im doing. I asked if they could help me cut a hole through a wooden box that would allow items to be dropped in. They took the box away and said theyd try and returned with a perfect cut. I was so happy with it (or else I would have had to pay for a tool to use it once). 5 stars for the staff at Home Depot!

I had a half a basket of stuff I walked out and left it I wanted to get one little piece of wood down the road Ill why dont end of the aisle they had the whole all blocked at both ends full sets of customers waiting when I got there this is not the first time something like this happened at Home Depot oh no longer be going to the store at University and Stirling

Horrible telephone system called 3 times place on eternal hold an sent to two wrong department finally got someone who got me to the right department when I verified that they had what I needed I asked to order pay and I would send a man to pick up. they once again put me on hold to another 10 minutes and the line went dead.

I love Home Depot stores. Most of them have extremely helpful employees. But this one is without a doubt the worst. Even the manager is horrible. Rather than rectifying the problems he tries to justify them by "blaming it on upper management." The Davie store is much, much better.

I purchased a tool here, used it to repair laptops and such. And I guess the ones I got were crappy, I returned back to home depot 2 months later with no receipts. The cashier couldnt find the matching upc on her computer but she was very courteous and did the exchange for me.

Anthony in the flooring department is beyond helpful! He represents Home Depot so well and I hope that somewhere upper management sees this post and reward him for it. Thank you Anthony for helping me with flooring and thank you for helping me load my purchases up in the car.

I love going to Home Depot. I just wish my phone would stop searching so that I can access Google if I have a question. I only like to seek out HD staff when I am sure of my question. They were there and available.

Im a fan of Home Depot, and if the one North by 10 minutes doesnt have an item, then this one usually will. If you are driving South on University, turn right at the ginormous USA flag. You cant miss it.

My shopping here has been as good as any other Home Depot. You can also purchase some items online and have them delivered to the store for free.

Has most of everything that you will need for home improvement . Customer service is good but hard to find a rep when you need them sometimes.

Half the employees are good, competent, and well informed. The other half are useless. Go during the middle of the day so you avoid the crowd.
