Very Very Very poor customer service. I had to get my order changed 4 times because the website specifies that products are in stock when they arent. I had to call up there a total of 6 times to make sure my order was 100% correct. I spoke with a lady who didnt have the slightest clue of the product that they sell even though its through a 3rd party sale. She didnt answer any of my questions. She changed my order and kept getting it wrong. She tried to charge me for 2 products when i only wanted 1. They have a policy as to where if what you ordered is longer than 8ft it would have to be cut. I asked for my 12ft section to be cut in half to make two 6ft sections and instead of getting it cut in half she charged me for 2 because she didnt understand my specifications. Very rude people except for a soft spoken gentleman that i spoke with the very first time i called. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They have great products and great prices but as for the customer service, I strongly suggest that you give them a call to make sure what you ordered is in stock as well as it being the right product. Highly disappointed.

This company is an scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I called to place an order, they order the wrong item. They take the items back without giving me a receipt for the return and I have to wait over 10 days to get SOME of my money back. They keep the items, plus the tax that I paid (I do not know why if I returned they are supposed to give the entire money that I paid back, but the keep the taxes) and they keep around 30% of my money without reason since was their fault because they order something different than the Item that I asked them for. And even the order took more than a 4 weeks to arrived. When the package arrived for my surprise It was not the items that I was expecting. So I have been scammed by this company for around $300. They did not let talk to a manager. They hang off the phone on me. Nobody took responsibility for their mistake they just took my money and they walked away. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with this ¨company¨

No response from Kasenia, store manager, and very slow shipping. I ordered a small (overpriced) part for a window, but they waited 8 days to ship it out. I am traveling across the country via RV and am using drop points to acquire parts as needed. The site says items ship within one day, so it should have been plenty of time and worth the extra $8 I paid for shipping an item the size of a quarter. Since they waited to ship, it didnt arrive in time. I spoke to two associates who said they couldnt help, sent an email and left a voicemail for Kasenia, the manager. I never got a response or the part, so I ordered the part from Amazon at a lower cost. It is unfortunate that they couldnt help me out with this item. Ill be posting this review elsewhere as well. Buyer beware!

The door measurement posted do not include the measurement of the frames, and when I was told to measure the entire doorway, I figured therefore the measurements INCLUDE the frame. Nope. Called and was told "too bad--its an industry standard and you should have known." Im a teacher, NOT a contractor. They refused a refund on shipping (over $240 when all said and done) or even a partial b/c they said this was not their error, so Id be out $240 on what would end up being a $700 purchase and still have no doors. Terrible customer service after waiting SIXTY days for an item they advertised as being in stock. Nope, nope, nope.

Be very cautious ordering automotive parts. Ordered a window from their website it cost $75.00 to ship it & it didnt fit. When I called customer service said "Yes you ordered the correct part" sorry & there is a 20% restocking fee & you need to ship it back to us within SEVEN (7) days. Which cost me $46.00. Youve been warned!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a case of an item, they sent one one of the item - rather than the case - and then would not remedy the situation in any way. In fact, rather than talking to me about the situation, they placed me on hold over and over again, waiting for me to hang up the phone.

Needed help selecting brackets. First call, mentioned need to first associate and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. Called back, got through, and was told that they werent allowed to recommend specific products, then I was hung up on, mid sentance. Unacceptable service.
