On my first visit the clerk told me they do not carry battery chargers!? I had to go around and forensically investigate where the charges might be. Found multiple models on the top shelve. Duh! Got one, which was defective came back to return. Manager Marcia says I am SOL - no returns on hand tools! What? Where the car charger is considered a hand tool? What youve been smoking lady? Than she summoned whole team of store clerks to check if I am saying the truth. Not with your IQ you will be able to figure out if the charger is working. And lastly what happened with just plain good ol American customer service? I have 30 days to return/exchange my purchase if I am not happy with it. Miami is still in Continental US the last time Ive checked and it is spelled SERVICE not SERVICIO! Next time will take my money to Sears at least they try to care about customer satisfaction.

ACE Hardware Aventura un lugar donde todo va bien, hasta cuando deben responder por un producto que tiene un defecto; verás que sucede. Es preferible comprar en Lowes o Homedepot.

Love this store. I really dislike the big box hardware stores. The stores are difficult to navigate and finding help is challenging. This is a small, traditional hardware store. The staff is helpful and they know what they are doing. I drive by a big box hardware store to shop here.Very accomodating to customers. Parking is a breeze.

These guys are great. Excellent service. Friendly. Very helpful. Spent the time to find exactly what I needed. They call an associate on the radio to have him ready to help by the time you get to the isle youre directed to. This is the smartest way to run a hardware store I have ever seen. Cudos !!!

I frequent this neighborhood hardware store. The staff are amazing and extremely attentive. I am always greeted upon entering and taken directly by a sales associate to the item/s I am seeking. This standard of service is rare these days & as a result I use this store for my hardware needs.

Very nice staff and customer prices. It is for sure more expensive than Home Depot and lowes but if you are not buying big quantities it is a very easy and nice place to get what you need quickly

This has been my GO TO store for all my Town House needs. I miss George who may have retired. There was nothing he did not know about. I dont go to Home Depot any longer.

Great place. I go there all the time, to pick up bits and pieces. The staff is helpful and know their stuff. note to manager: Staff at the cashier is often "distracted"
