First time i went to harbor freight... very poor experience. Store was clean- Only good thing i can say. Cashier Yusleydi is terrible at her job. Doesnt try to assist and her answer is " i dont know." She was the complete opposite of help. She told me to look at the website and find what i wanted instead of showing me directly. I had a coupon and she automatically said " no, you cant use that." Rude. Had a nasty attitude. Customer service is not her field. A

My favorite store of all the one in the Miami land area the staff is Super as well as the Manager and the Assistant Manager ! very helpful from the time you enter the store and until the time you leave to pay !
