went there for a fan on sale. Got there and they were out. No big deal was leaving the story and the cashier goes would you like a raincheck on the item. sweet no rush for the fan. The took down my contact info and called me to tell me my fan was in. Less than a week later I go in to claim my fan. Im greeted by one of the managers who and he starts to tell me about what a great deal that is and how he had someone just come in and buy 4 of them. we get to the back asks for my name and says oh we have a problem. sometimes the managers get anxious and put the raincheck items on the floor if people havent called and got them. We dont have any fans left. Told me there was nothing he could do at this point. didnt offer me a deal on a different model, nothing.

This is the best Ace Hardware ever! They carry everything, they are exceptionally helpful, there is always someone available to get you in and out as fast as possible. I do a lot of prototype design work and I own a boat, so Im in this Ace at least twice a month... never had any problem whatsoever. They have a fair selection of boat specific items and their prices are ok. They have the largest selection of stainless hardware I have seen locally. They have a fantastic selection of adhesives.

Watch out for this store, the management has sales, that arent sales when the items get rung up. I went to this store for years with no problem, but since the present manager arrived, items on sale dont ring up on sale... a lot. Check your receipt before leaving this store, or better yet, choose another ace. When I talked to the (very unprofessional) manager about the issue and demanded he honor the sale price, he started yelling at me, as if I did something wrong. NO ACE IN THE HOLE HERE.

They were one of the only stores in the county that had a good supply of propane before hurricane Matthew! They stayed open late to make sure that everyone was able to get filled up. Thank you!
