Never walking Into this store again was told "if you dont like it go shop at homedepot" by a supervisor who was already being rude to his own employee, all after I asked for a price change on a product that was listed at 9.99 which had the products name and description correct only to walk up to the counter for it to be $6 more. I have worked customer service and retail for half a decade and that is not how you handle this situation so yes I will gladly take the extra two buses (because I walke there) just to be treate as an actual customer. Dont waste your time here

Approximately 4 blocks away from my home but that is where the convenience ends. Roughly about 9 out of 10 visits, item I need is unavailable and I have to drive much further to purchase what I need. It would also be nice if cash register clerks thanked me for my business and wished me a good day when I do make a purchase. Due to the closeness of this store I still always go there first, but much room for improvement in customer service.

5/20/17 4:30 pm at counter , did not accept an exchange or return for a $5 merchandise i had brought a week ago but I didnt have receipt. Very disappointed . Is ok Home Depot will never do that , glad there is competition.
