Brought to this Ace Hardware, a very Rare/Discontinued and rather expensive car key to be cut (Ultralite Titanium Alloy). Only available to my knowledge from Finland. The child cutting the keys butchered the key and will not work, now I am left with a useless item than to many would be considered priceless. The child barely said sorry, and not a single compensation was offered for my loss. This WAS my preferred Hardware store. Unbelievable, this is exactly why we cant have nice things in this world.

I routinely use this location when visiting Melbourne. I rate this location 5 stars because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. My most recent staff encounter involved a young man named "Gus." Polite, and attentive he would be a plus in any organization.

Great customer service for getting that piece of hardware you need quickly. You are checked out faster then it takes to find and walk correct aisle at Home Depot. I was immediately helped and shown the exact fasteners, etc. I was looking for.
