They are crooks. Ordered Impact windows and doors in Oct 2015, in December they told me "I" was a liar and I didnt pay for windows with them! Two days later, after delivering a copy of my contract they apologized. They were to order the windows 2 months late and promised to call when they were in. In March, I called them to find that the windows were in but was never called, the excuse this time was that I didnt sign my permit! It is now Aug 2016, I had to demand they finish installation. They have been dragging their feet to install due to rain ! It rains everyday in South Florida furthermore one door is under a huge porch, excuse after excuse. We had explicit directions on install, due to our home being historically a 1928 home.They have had at least 4 sub- contracting companies on the job! Every window is installed differently and none have the flashing requested. We have 3 half moon impact windows which I had to babysit the crew so they were all done properly. They have cracked the frame work on one in installation! The doors are a joke! they did not have a sample in house when ordered but assured us they were the best! They are of cheap quality and the installation is so poor that light is seeping through the corners. This is acceptable to them. Today a Ken and Mike came to my home, I already knew their game plan! They would refuse to do the job correctly. I cant wait for the City of Stuart to come see their shoddy work!

Went to Stuart Paint & Supply looking for entry doors. They had a variety of doors on display , and many many more in catalogs. If you go with the idea of basically knowing what you want , they can get them. They have a wide price range, depending on the style you are looking for. The process was quick, and the doors only took a short period of time, for them to get. (Unlike other doors, that took weeks, 5 - 6 weeks, to finally get). We love the look of our new front entry and are glad we found SPS (Stuart Paint & Supply) online. They are a hidden gem that has been on Stuart for many years. So glad we found them online, and even more happy with our beautiful new front entry. Thank you.

If your builder is using this company for materials be careful! For my new home construction they let the builders past due balance increase by thousands of dollars over a period of approx 4 months. Then when they were unable to collect from the builder they called me making demands and treating me like s deadbeat. They acted like it was my fault for letting the past due balance accumulate. Questionable business practices.

Went to return some leftover material from them and they were extremely rude. Would not recommend them at all. Very poor customer service. They refused to help my fellow coworker unload the material, and he had a leg brace on and couldnt lift the material. so I had to drive all the way up to them and unload it.
