My only complaint is that getting in touch with them on the phone is impossible. When you call, someone picks up and usually transfers you to another department. That department never picks up the phone. When I was making my initial purchase of about $5,000 worth of flooring, I went through the clerk at the front of the store. She was very nice, but obviously overwhelmed. There seemed to be about 10 other associates in the area doing not much of anything while she processed my large order with financing, answered the phones and reassured the four people impatiently waiting behind me. While paying, another customer actually called and was yelling so loud not to be transferred to the warehouse that I could hear him even though it wasnt on speakerphone saying, "DO NOT TRANSFER ME... THE WAREHOUSE DOES NOT PICK UP!!". Maybe this was a particularly busy morning, but it certainly seemed like she could use a hand. If only for the customers sake. Now, I am waiting on some custom stair nose and cannot get in touch with anyone to find out if its ready for pickup yet. Super frustrating. Though, I do want to say that it was very easy to find something that I liked that was within my budget. Financing took only 20 minutes and delivery was pretty much made on time. Its not a bad option, but if you dont live close and cant get in to actually talk to someone face to face whenever you have questions, you might end up frustrated like me. If you really want a personalized touch, you may want to consider Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Though I only went in for a quick consultation, they always answered their phone and followed up with a phone call and an email with a coupon as an incentive. They took their time to assist me, whereas the sales associate from Floor & Decor seemed to be in a rush despite the fact that I came in right at opening and there were very few other customers around. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted and didnt need much input from him. All in all, I would use them again. But next time, I would get a little more bossy and demand attention. $5,000 isnt exactly a drop in the bucket for me. Or most people for that matter. If you decide to buy from here, I would suggest doing a lot of research and consult your contractor or a knowledgeable friend. Then go in equipped and ready to just make your selection and pay. I dont feel youll get much personalized advice from this team. Hopefully Im wrong and this was just an isolated incident, but reading the comments below... I think the trend speaks for itself.

I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received at Floor & Decor, I was in search of tiles for a kitchen counter-top since they were so pricey at those granite & marble stores. The manager greeted me when I arrived and asked how can I help you. I said I needed tiles for my kitchen..Cynthia (manager) said they were discontinued and only a few were left. I quickly asked for a better rate and she was happy to assist with my request. Cynthia then had a sales rep to assist me. The gentlemen that was helping me showed me the tiles but quickly suggested the slabs of granite that are pre-cut, honestly I would have spent the same for the tiles, unfortunately, When I made my selection according to the chart listing dimensions and prices none were available it was sold out. Maurice said they would arrive in about ten days. I then ask Cynthia can I pay for my order, she excused herself for a few minutes and then asked me to follow her. To my surprise they had it in stock, even had a mini backslash to boot! WOW all with a smile. I highly recommend this store great people skills love to help out. I will return to this store for future purchases.

If you want to deal with the BEST speak to Alex, he is the Manager of the Miami Gardens Floor and Decor and he cares about his customers. He went beyond the call for me and called several stores to help me out. The guy ROCKS! I got a call and paid for my tile over the phone with Jamie (who was AMAZING and kind) She is a total asset to that company! But sadly, I had to deal with a poor excuse of person by the name of Desiree. I needed something so simple and she was clearly not a very nice person and should not be on the other end of a phone! I did speak to her supervisor Jessica V who did apologize several times on her behalf, but she really shouldnt have too. Im am very glad you have great employees like ALEX (The manager of Miami Gardens), Jamie with online orders and Jessica who is willing to listen to an ear full because they outweigh the bad staff by far.. Keep up the good work Floor and Decor!

Lets start off with saying the products are at decent prices and theyre great products especially the selection. Lets continue to the service which is the WORST. The manager is extremely rude! She almost loaded 37 boxes of tile without letting me see the shade (I ordered online). I asked her to let me check and she said "you can check when Im done loading it on to your truck". What? That makes no sense. So I stopped her and she read of course the wrong shade number. So I had to go stand next to the shade that I was wanted and waited for someone to get it. The cashiers and other workers have more sense than management. Please work on your people skills and dont act pissed off when customers want to double check your work since were spending thousands of dollars! I will be going to the hialeah location from here on out.

Great selection, I had some issues after a few months with my floor I installed in a school bus remodel. It was probably my fault but the manager made it his issue too and did some great things and good advice to fix the problem. Thats what we all want right? Thanks manager Alex. Great service!

My husband and I visited the store on Veterans Day, the service was none existence all of the staff about five of them were hovering around one of the cashiers was told someone would be with us no one showed up, we left the store never to return. Horrible service.

Bought 2 piles of pallets and tiles and the forklift driver got mad when we told him not to put it on our truck because it was too heavy. He literally sped with the forklift and screamed at us. Very unprofessional people working here
