I have had a horrible experience with dolphin tile. I would not recomend the company to anyone. first they give you a confusing quote. The you wind up paying additional costs. They use inferior subcontractors. The grout they used was soft and kept coming up in powder and put the wrong color grout in. When the contractor came to regrout he had a bad attitude. When they came to put the baseboard up They took my money and then said they could not do the baseboard because it was raining outside even though they could have worked inside to get it started. I had to leave the house for a week when they put the tile down. They put my furniture outside for 2 days. when I asked them to bring it in they gave me a hard time. Luckily I pressed the issue and the next day it rained. Had I listened to them I would have had wet furniture. I gave them a deposit on January 20. 2015 and have paid them in full and the jon is not finished. Today is Feb 28th. I asked for my money back for the baseboard and noone has returned my call. Please do not go with Dolphin Tile

When I bought the tile I wanted from the Coral Springs store I was very happy because the sales man Joel Barr assured me and he even call the manufacturer in front of me to make sure the tile was not from China because I told him I wanted tile from Spain but what I got when it was delivered was not the tile I wanted and it sAid made in China. When I when to the store to complain I did not get an apology about the mistake from them. It seems the tile I wanted is from China also so he lie to me to make a sale. I ask if they could make my next payment for the storage for my furniture he scream at me in front of other clients saying he will not pay my storage. The bottom line is Dolphin carpet & Tile is a dishonest company and they treat customers with disrespect. I WILL never buy from them again. DONT Make the mistake I made.

After looking around at several stores for carpeting, I stumbled upon Dolphin carpet & tile (Coral Springs location). Mike was very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although he knew we werent ready to buy just yet, he didnt just leave us alone to wonder the store. He expressed interest in our wants/needs. Understanding our time restraint and financial situation, made recommendations accordingly. We were so pleased with his knowledge of the products, his easy to talk to attitude, and his honesty, that we decided to go back the next day and purchase our carpet from him. We purchased a 12x10 bound carpet for our living room as a large area rug. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining the types of carpet and durability level to meet our needs. With pets, it was important not to have too much pile, yet still provide soft footing. It was nice that he gave us our space to browse, yet was near enough to answer questions. Although the area rug was a week late (hung up at the binder), Mike delivered it himself rather than us paying a delivery team to bring it to our home. I thought that was outstanding service, and I will use this store in the near future for flooring as part of a kitchen remodel. Very very pleased with Dolphin Carpet & Tile.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dolphin this time around. Mike Dubin was very professional. After listening to me explain what I wanted, he offered me several choices that fit my needs and budget. He patiently waited for me to make my final choice and I felt neither rushed nor pressured, which is the kind of service I appreciate, especially when making a large purchase such as this. I am quite happy with my new carpet. The installers, Adolfo and Victor, were also professional and friendly. Their work was meticulous; the edges and transitions are very clean and the seams are undetectable.

My husband and I had a very positive experience with Michael Dubin. We had to replace our entire second floor of our home. We knew we wanted laminate but that is all we knew. Michael’s professional way of educating us was just super. He took several boards and put them on the floor and spent a great deal of time with us answering all of our questions. The end result is just amazing. We are beyond thrilled with our new floors. The installers were also very professional and did an amazing job cleaning up. I have already referred my neighbor to Michael and I plan on sending him a lot of business.

Excellent work, service, fair price. I needed tile removed from our new house and new tile installed as well as laminate floors in bedrooms & new Base boards for the whole house. They did it all in a week. Excellent work, Great service, fair price we financed it for 1 year interest free so did not have to lay out all the money but could spread it out over the year. See Mike he was very nice and negotiable on prices. I have recommended Dolphin Tile to my friends and they loved them as well. Now I believe all the commercials. Definitely choose them over a fly by night company.

I will say from the start to the finish I have been totally satisfied by Dolphin and Tile in Coral Springs. There was a professional salesman who explained the product to choosing then measuring at home and then calling to set appointments until the arrival of the installers who were neat and polite. They cleaned up and returned the furniture to their spots. Thank you I am so happy I used you. Perhaps I didnt get a discount but it was worth every penny to have service this way. Thank you Dolphin and tile!

My first experience was 13 years ago. I went to Hialeah to find tiles for my house and I found it right here in coral springs. My floors they still look gorgeous. . My Second experience was 4 years ago buying a Comercial carpet for my moms boutique and the installation was on time, great quality carpet its still good and today my latest experience tile for outdoor patio, beautiful fast service great deals spectacular costumer service .. the best tile and carpet store in Broward! !!

From start to installation, Dolphin Carpet & Tile in general and Mike Dubin in particular warrant 5 stars. There were no tough sales pitches or upselling. Went to the store on 12/31, Mike was at our house in the am of 1/1 and the carpet was installed on 1/4, as promised. No issues, all questions answered and courteous sub contractors who did the actual installation. We have no problem recommending Dolphin to our friends and aquaintances. Definitely see Mike!!

The product is good, but the installers did a half a** job. You can tell where they started cutting corners to finish by the end of the day because their cuts and installation was so bad you could see outside our front door from over cutting and in the doorways the sizes arent even a correct fit. After calling for months and months, nothing was fixed. I gave up.
