meats are great; if you want a specialty meat; the have BUFFALO, Alligator, Elk, Venison, (havent seen Moose yet) The meats are wonderful; steaks are marble perfect; tender on the grill. Great meat packages and if you dont like something in the package, they will swap it it dollar for dollar. Sausage in the package they will ask if you want link or ground; hot mild or anything else. When I say they swap dollar for Dollar; if a price per pound is like $4 they will swap another product at $4 per pound; if the the product is $4 per pound and you want a product that is $8 per pound; you will only get a half pound; dollar for dollar. Great People to work with, very helpful; great products.

picked up some New York strips to grill Christmas eve for my family after hearing rave reviews about them from everyone on the base. they were literally the most tender and best steaks I have ever had! also picked up some seasonings that are amazing! and the service couldnt possibly have been better either. my 6yr old little girl used some of her money to buy one of their ball caps (at a very reduced price after appealing her cuteness to the girl working the register lol) and wears it constantly! very, small neighborhood feel/mentality, which is nice when youre military and dont stay places long enough to really feel like part of the neighborhood. keep up the wonderful work!

Had the phili cheese steaks tonight and stuffed garlic sausage mushroom and man did it come out good. There is nothing like fresh vegetables and meat. We are new to Pensacola and will certainly be shopping here a lot more in the future. The owner/employees are amazing awesome service, the even gave me ideas on what to make for dinner tonight and man they were SPOT on. One of the best cheese steaks I have ever had and it only took 20 min to cook up everything. Great for a big family like mine, thanks.

A little more pricey then I would spend for everyday but sooo worth every penny! Never had a bad steak or even lunch meat here! Their homemade salads and shelves lined with BBQ sauces that appear to be local are delicious as well. Ive tried a few different salads like a dessert one and a chicken one. Definitely the best Ive had since my Grammas! I will come here for every backyard BBQ this summer for sure!

Very pleasant customer service. The shop is clean. You can actually see the butchers cut your meat. Any meat I wanted to switch out of the packages they will do - with please and a smile! It seems like everyone is always having a good day which makes me come back even more. I recommend all my friends and family to this butcher shop!

Amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great prices for quality meat free of steroids, hormones and other additives. A large selection of types and cuts of meat and sausage as well as other items. Extensive dry apice selection, some local produce and honey! Will make this our only place to buy meat, honey and spices!

Wagyu steak is with out a doubt the best steak that I have ever had. I would love it if they would open a Butcher Shoppe somewhere near Downtown in Pensacola. However it is most definitely worth the drive from anywhere in town. I am going there in the morning to get some ribeyes.

Best home town butcher in the Pensacola area. Youre always greeted with a smile and a how can we help you today? They have the best brats I have ever had....made in house. And were really enjoying the hormone free chicken. Surperb place to go if you want a good dinner.

The ONLY place to buy the best steaks, chops and meat in Pensacola! Family owned, friendly and fast service and will cut to order. You will not be disappointed! They also carry deli meats and cheeses, fruit and vegetables, amazing seasonings and hard to find wild game.

Always great meat and friendly knowledgeable staff. Steaks and chicken have all been amazing and well priced. My only regret is losing power after buying a pack of bacon burgers back in May, so I wasnt able to enjoy them.
