Disgusted. I love Sephora, its every girls to walk in the store and see all the makeup they have and do swatches! I recently just purchased a matte lipstick from the Sephora collection and was thinking of getting another one. I was with two of my friends, one a guy and one a girl. My girlfriend and I were doing swatches and my guy friend- as curious as he was, was walking around with us looking at us doing swatches. One Sephora advisor asked if we needed any help which we said no, was just looking. Second person had also come up and ask which we also declined. Now mind you, we were just walking around till we stopped by the Benefit and NARS collection, looking at the lipstick when the corner of my eye I see an Sephora advisor eyeing us, she wasnt too good at hiding it might I add as she made it noticeable she was looking at my friend and my guy friend. Then two more associates came by her side, thats when we started to get more uncomfortable. We then moved to another section of the store- two more associates were standing around looking at us. Thats when we knew we werent wanted as my friends and I came to the mindset that we were being watched. We were all very upset by this as we were just 20 year olds casually walking around the store. As soon we were heading out two security officers came in, then quickly followed out as we sat in front of the Sephora store. Wont be coming here again! They made us all feel violated - I do understand it is there job to make sure theif doesnt happen but dont make it obvious. Lost two customers that day!

Horrible customer service, went in New Years eve I know its a tough day to work but theres no need to make customers feel uncomfortable. Staff was limited to replying to anyones question with "were closing in an hour". Walked in with my mother, we both had gift certificates & were looking to have a few products recommended like the certificate stated we would. I was helped rather quickly but my mother waited around for more than half an hour & was getting all types of run arounds from whoever she approached. She felt so disregarded ended up crying after a staff member (Michelle) finally went up to her but was making it very difficult & making no effort to help stating shed get in trouble with her manager if shed help out too much. Youd think their priority was the customer but the manager was just as aloof. Angie on the other hand, the person who was helping me ended up calling my mother back & helping her out as well & was really professional about the whole situation she explained they were having a difficult day but she maintained a great attitude & made our very unpleasant visit more pleasant. She answered all our questions & got us everything we needed. Its a shame it had to come down to a bad review for me to feel like im being heard in some way.

Horrible customer service. I returned some items and the rep didnt seem like she wanted to be there let alone do anything. Barely a smile, maybe just a smirk if that. While I was waiting, a lady walked up to the counter and asked if they were open and one of the reps with a long pony tail told her "oh yeah the line is right behind her," then looked at her coworker and gave her that "are you serious" stare - looked like she wanted to roll her eyes. When I was done, I then proceed to try to color match my back(for a tattoo) at a station and did not get any help. We asked one person but she walked off and went somewhere(she did come back to give me a basket after I was done and picked out my products - wow). We asked another girl to help really fast and all she said was to "try Kat Von D, its right over there, I have to go to the back." Didnt even try to get another person. The other reps were just staring and glancing and then continued to talk in their group/huddle at the counter. Reason being for the staring is I had to pull up my shirt but its not like I was naked. Maybe someone could have helped with color matching to speed up the process then people wouldnt stare so hard. But no. I received no help.

I just came from there. I remember a month back my mom went in to get her foundation review and it was an amazing experience so I decided that I would go there for sure when I was ready. I wish i didnt. The initial person that greeted me when i walked in was very friendly and directed me to someone else in no time. This other person, I dont know if they were having a bad day but she was very curt and standoffish. I kept asking her about other brands but she didnt seem interested in talking about anything else other than the one brand "she really likes". Putting on the makeup I felt like i was being beat up. I did major surgery a few months back and she was very rough around the scar while putting on the foundation. I really needed this and quickly so I didnt couldnt even say let me leave. After just handing me the box I had to ask another person if the foundation looked ok. She was very pleasant and assured me that it was a good match. I was hoping to get other things from the store but just took the that item and left. Probably will try to go to another one to get the other things.

Customer service is selective there. Majority of the girls either huddle up in groups or pairs and just talk amongst themselves. Im a novice when it comes to makeup, every time I would ask for help, they would either point for me to go somewhere without coming with me to help, show me the most expensive thing, or, like last night, a young girl with really curly hair at the register looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her a question about a product. Ultimately, I always feel like the employees there try not to make eye contact or only help those who are already experts in makeup. Its frustrating for someone who tends to be shy and new to wearing makeup.

This has to be the rudest staff I have ever met in my life. The smiles are fake no one wants to help you or assist you and you practically have to hunt someone down for assistance One of the ladies in there I think her name is Jessica is so rude. I will not be coming back to this place I would rather drive further distance then to come back here.

This Sephora is a dream to come inside. I live all the way in Miami and it gives me joy to drive from Miami to Pembroke gardens. I cant have a better experience every time I go in lucky enough to have a Grace every time as my helper if I have any questions whats so ever. The managers are all helpful and exchanging cant be any easier.

So far, all my experiences in Sephoras in South FL have been horrible. In New York, they were very helpful with matching your foundation tone, or answering any questions. Here, they match you with an attitude and they give you the wrong color. I dont understand, if you hate your job, go get another one that wont affect your mood!!!
