Me and my friend went to the Sephora at the clackamas town center. We were immediately bombarded by Victoria. She explained a product which I know is her job, then proceeded to stop us at every chance she saw us. We clearly did NOT need any help and yet she kept pushing herself onto us and butting into our shopping experience. It made it VERY unpleasant. We knew where to find someone if we had questions and were simply trying to enjoy ourselves while browsing through the store. After this experience I no longer want to come here, and just want to shop online instead because she was way too overbearing for no reason! She needs to back up and let people shop and come to HER if we need help. It was insulting to us, did we look like we needed help with our makeup? I dont think so! We are always on fleek on our own! Please tell Victoria to leave people alone and let them come to her!

Im seeing a lot of bad reviews on here and I have to say this is my favorite Sephora around. Salespeople are not too pushy but are available to help if needed. I always have a great experience here. Downtown location sucks ass, make me feel like a criminal from their aggressive security? loss protection? who knows. Also their machine broke down and wouldnt accept my gift card. After 30 minutes of picking out products had to put them all back and not even an apology. Clackamas on the other hand is always staffed with awesome polite people. When their register was slow they gave out samples while we waited. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Horrible experience! Went there today and the moment my friend and I walked in, the clerk was rude. We asked to see the "Naked" line of makeup. She seemed to be annoyed that wed ask her such a question. She pointed in the direction of the brand and when I asked to be matched with my skin tone, she told me shed get someone. Another clerk came over and just grabbed a bottle that she thought was my color. I asked her if I needed to remove the makeup I already had on and she said no. she applied a dab of the color on and said, "yup, thats your color" and walked off! I will never go back there again!

I had my makeup done by Rachel and she was wonderful! I meant to write this sooner. Back in August I came to this Sephora because I made an appointment at the MAC counter for my bridal makeup but they kept me waiting for almost 40 minutes without help So I left went to the Saphora and had my make up done by Rachel. The employees at Saphora were all very kind and helpful. The makeup Rachel had done for me was absolutely beautiful! She was very kind and very knowledgeable about any products I had questions or concerns about. I will definitely be back!

When I was in the store today I was ignored the whole time. I was not greeted by the employees up front. I was never asked if I needed help looking for anything. While I was walking around the store I noticed that other customers that were coming in after me were being helped and were greeted courteously. Employees would even walk past me and not say one word to me. I will never shop here again. Instead I recommend going to Nordstrom and buy Mac makeup. Thanks for the great experience!

I cant express how thankful i am with the service at at this sephora. Im so thankful to the manager (i wont say her name for safety reasons) but her name starts with A. she was so kind, patient and helpful she did what she could to help me get the product that i so much wanted. She went above and beyond to help me get it. Thank you once again A. For your help i got my product and im a happy person. You are the best. I definitely recommend this sephora

Id give them a 0 if I could! 15 employees standing around ignoring me when I was clearly looking for something. 1 too busy texting but yelled at me for opening a drawer! Whoreable customer service! I went to 1 in JC Penny instead & got awesome service & they gift wrapped it!

I was severly disappointed with the customer service that I received at this Sephora location a couple days ago. I was completly ignored the entire time I walked through the store while I saw others repeatedly offered service. I have to say, my feelings were hurt.

Kenzies customer service was awesome! The line was long and the phone was ringing off the hook but she stayed calm & was very helpful & sweet the entire time! I rarely leave reviews but I was really impressed!

The worst customer service. I made an appointment showed up and the person says "oh I have to clock out now". Its to much of sturgle to get any help, especially for the prices of their products.
