I absolutely 100% without a doubt LOVE Beyond the Veil! I have been working with Jeff and Tamara and the experience has been so much more than anything I ever thought it would be, I feel like I have third family. I am a plus size (I am a size 28-30) and so like most I am very hesitant about dresses in general let alone wedding dresses. My first visit I worked with Tamara and it was amazing she is so friendly and easy to work with, I have talked with Jeff several times on the phone and he is absolutely amazing because he is always reassuring me about things as far as my wedding dress. My wedding isnt until 2018 but I have two dresses that I am looking at right now but they wont be made any more after this year so they are letting me put 60% down on the two dresses so they can order them in and I have them until next year in case I find a dress in 2017 that I like more. They are absolutely AMAZING!!

On its way from Minnesota my bridesmaid dress got lost in the mail. I had to find another one quick....perhaps a little too quick...As I was calling every bridal store nationwide in hopes of a miracle I came across this shop. Having never met me or having anything to do with the original order, the owner Jeff has been going to bat for me for days with the dress company to have a new dress made in time. He has done this without any upfront guarantee, payment from me or any added mark ups on his end. If you are getting married or know someone who is getting married, I cannot recommend this boutique to you enough. These folks will get you what you need and they will do it with a level of professionalism and customer service I AM CONFIDENT you will not find anywhere else

Absolutely blown away with this place!! I never write reviews but I had to after my experience today. Tamara and Jeff were SO welcoming, personable, kind, and helpful with assisting my sister in finding her dream wedding dress. The customer service was so outstanding that they felt like family. I had my 6 month old with me and they even gave us a toy for him to play with :) When my sister had said "yes to the dress" they celebrated with us and served sparkling cider. If you want the whole experience, go here! You wont be disappointed! Very reasonable prices as well!! Thank you Tamara and Jeff!!

Greeted by a gentlemen there who proceeded to tell me that the other bridal shops in town were all trying to sell their businesses to him.. talking poorly about other businesses is NOT the best way to earn business- it in fact immediately left a bad taste in my mouth and made his "salesmanish attitude" unbearable.. The lady who worked there was very friendly without being over the top like he was.. she is the only reason why I didnt rate this place a 1. The prices were higher then other shops I have been to and they didnt have anything that I was looking for (looking for a little non-traditional

I came here with my daughter after we had a prom fiasco 5 days before prom from ordering a dress online. They were the sweetest people and helped us find everything we need: a beautiful dress, necklace, and heels, all at a discounted price. We stayed until an hour after they closed and they were nothing but friendly to us. A wonderful experience and completely made up for the online disaster!

We visited several bridal shops in both WA and OR before stopping here and this was by far the best! Tamara and Jeff are amazing. They take the time to make your experience one that is memorable. I lived the dress that I found for my wedding and they have an amazing choice of wedding accessories. Tamara was absolutely helpful and really showed what customer service is all about! They have a good selection of veils but I had a couple special needs and they were happy to order a few so I found the One :) I also purchased the perfect gloves for my dress here! I was dress shopping with my teenage daughter for an upcoming formal. My daughter tried on many dresses and Tamara the owner was absolutely amazing. Their customer service is not notch! I dont think you will find better prices either. we will never shop at another store for formal wear.

I called 3 times in the span of about 2 hours before making my way down there. & when i got there a sighn on the door advised me they will reopen at 1:30, it was almost 2. So i sat around about 10 minutes to learn they didnt have my designer. Kinda disappointed.
