Rude. I called to make an appointment and was appalled with the customer service. The owner attempts to gain clientele by talking down to them about their skin and eyebrows. I have a feeling all of these good reviews must be from the business owners family and friends as I have never actually heard of any person in Eugene having a good experience after using these cosmetic services.

Lisa is the sweetest person. She is so knowledgable and explains to you every step of the way what she is doing and why. I have never felt like she is in any way talking down to me as someone previously stated.( Not to be a downer on anyones opinion, we are each entitled to our own :) ) I would recommend L.Bass to anyone!!
