The salespeople at this place is more mellow than the Powell location. Perhaps they are NOT in commission since they had a more "que sera sera" attitude. Anyhoo, their merchandise is not as varied as the Powell location, and I still maintain that to charge so much for an item, for it to go bad in such a short time is ludicrous. Their website described such exotic scents too, and when sampled in real life at the stores smelled nothing like their description. Sad.

This location (Union) is better than Powell st/ Westfield Mall. More room, and very friendly staff. Sometimes the attention from sales people is overwhelming and makes it hard not to buy though. Anyway some of these products are great- I love some of the face masks- but some I feel are over priced. Also while I love the anti- animal testing part of their philosophy I wish they would get rid of sulfates and parabens!!

Had a great experience shopping here around Christmas. Super friendly and knowledgeable sales people. Laid-back and cool but informed and super helpful. Salesperson showed me how to use everything properly and demonstrated several items to make sure they were just what I wanted. A fun experience!
