Sadly I must say that Scott Fischer Enterprises Harley Davidson dealer (Six Bends) in Ft. Myers over charges for Harley parts. I looked up the price of exhaust gaskets on the Harley Davidson web site and the Screaming Eagle exhaust gaskets retail MSRP for $8.95. Scott Fischer Enterprises Harley Davidson dealer (Six Bends) charges $13.95 or $5.00 above Harley Davidsons MSRP for the same exhaust gasket. This over pricing continues on almost all their parts. Due to Scott Fischer Enterprises Harley Davidson dealer (Six Bends) practice of over charging I can not recommend this business to anyone. It is one thing to charge MSRP that is what the manufacture says the parts retail for but it becomes another thing for the dealer to add huge surcharges on top of MSRP. I will never spend another dollar in a Scott Fischer Enterprises owned business due to his greedy over pricing.

It is extremely difficult to work with a Scott Fisher Ent. organization such as Six Bends Harley Davidson, Fort Myers, FL. While the motorcycle is a quality machine and the aesthetics of the dealership appealing, it all breaks down with the service department. I welcome an opportunity to explain my experience with senior management of Scott Fischer, but thus far no one has shown an interest. This is an update as of Feb 8, 2017. I was able to get appointments with the Service Manager as well as the new General Manager. The previous GM was not interested in talking, and would not involve himself. The new Service Mgr and GM did get involved along with a new Service Writer. The attitudes of these three individuals was customer-service oriented. I am optimistic that Six Bends will turn a corner and make itself the best Harley Davidson dealership in Florida.

I have been doing business with Naples Harley Davidson since my very first motorcycle purchase, approximately 10 years ago. I had a warranty issue with my gauges, and their service dept. mgr. did everything possible to correct it! Ryan did an outstanding job, in ultimately solving my issue. Their parts dept., motorclothes dept., etc. have always been there for myself & and my riding family. HDN has also provided us with a meeting place for our LE Club for the past 13+ years! This is what community is all about. Its nice to see the $ tags on their motorcycles, too! Looking forward to many more years of doing business with my HDN....... Thank you, Colin Fyke (Naples, Fla.)

We have tried for weeks to get these people to answer our calls about a refund or credit on an extended warranty and other worthless insurance we were suckered into adding to our Harley purchase. Now that we FORMALLY asked for it to be refunded....no one will answer our calls. A call to the BBB might get their attention!!!!!!! Signed.....pissed off in NC
