Hey Travis,This is a huge thanks for the little 91 red Miata. I wanted to call you as soon as it arrived, but my skeptics (after my years long disappointing search) said wait and see if it goes through inspection). As it turns out, it just went through with flying colors. Ken called from there just now and said everyone was admiring it and that the inspector said it was amazing what great shape its in. All is exactly as you said and I do just love, love, love, love it, especially the headrest speakers. Travis, you must be the coolest salesman on the planet. I am taking these few moments to express to you how I feel about your manager Travis. This past week I looked at the 2011 Mercedes R350 you had and spoke with Travis a few times. We finalized the sale on this vehicle yesterday, Thursday, July 16, 2016 with ease. I felt so comfortable with Travis and his professionalism throughout the entire purchase sequence. He was not "pushy" like many car sales persons are but did his due diligence with follow-through without pressure. Also, the way that he finalized the sale/transaction/paperwork was simple and without any issues. Travis is by far one of the best car sales person that Ive dealt with in all my many long years of car buying. Keep him around for a long time please.

Purchased a Mercedes E350 coupe from Autohaus. The experience was very good. Came to a deal Tuesday afternoon and had my car delivered to my doorstep following Monday had my mechanic check it out following day found a small minor problem with the steering. Otherwise car was in great shape. would have given five stars, but response could have used a little more work. Im in sales also and when somebody is purchasing a big investment , I make sure to have a phone call returned within 30 minutes. Marianne was great for the most part, just getting my calls returns was kind of a turn-off. they do have very good quality vehicles at a fair price. Would buy again!

I had not bought a used car for a number of years so I had some reservations about buying a used car when I found a BMW 335I at AutoHaus of Naples. I watched the video they prepared on the car which was very well done and then went to see it at their location.
