So far not very impressed with their honesty.. And thats usually one my major criteria in looking for a provider.. Asked about programming keys. And was told. "Sure we can reprogam the keys. It takes about an hour to get the codes from Segway . And we charge $35 to retrieve the codes, but only because they charge us.." I already know from other vendors that Segway charges $25 to retrieve the codes. So with a "little white lie" CFL Segway makes $10.. Not mine they dont! And probably never any of mine now.. And to think I was gonna ask the about a battery. Ill bet that wouldve been an open invitation to my wallet.. Like I said. HONESTY!! Damn whatever happened to it??

Great service. Trip was really good. We were afraid that the heat will be unbearable in July (was 93f). That was n9t the case as the Segway moves fast enough to enjoy a nice breeze . Highly recommended

These are always a blast, and our tour guide John was informative and entertaining. Even though we slogged through the rain in ponchos, it was well worth it for the fun.
