I had problems with my Vespa that were unresolved by a local dealer in Stark County. Phil at Cleveland Moto picked up my scooter in Canton on his day off. He said he likes to meet customers. He drove my bike before loading it and asked if it was okay to drive it from the shop to his house to simulate the symptoms. He was successful in diagnosing intermittent fuel pump problems that no one else had. I found out Phil is the owner and takes pride in providing quality work for his customers. Although I bought my scooter from someone else, Phil explained that dealers come and go and owners of bikes deserve good service whether they bought the bike there or not. I will service my scooter there in the future and heartily recommend others to visit their two locations and meet the staff and decide for themselves at Cleveland Moto or Pride of Cleveland.

Outstanding place to buy a new motorcycle from. I just purchased a 2014 Royal Enfield C-5 motorcycle ,in silver from Cleveland Moto. I had to special order this bike because of it not being in stock,So with a small deposit i was on my way . I recived a call from Phil Waters the owner that the bike was in.When i walked in the door at Cleveland Moto,I saw for the first time my new bike,Phils crew was cleaning it up ,I was speachless this bike is a thing of beauty. I had a list of accessaries that i wanted to make this bike mine,Phil helped me with the list i had,His insight about Royal Enfield motorcycles is mindblowing, Never did i hear a sales pitch ,or pressure,This has been a awsome buying experiance. I know i will have peace of mind with all my future service needs and dealer support. I highley recommend CLEVELAND MOTO.

Cleveland Moto - what a rare find! I recently purchase an older Vespa PX 150 in awesome condition, but it had been neglected over the years. I knew it needed a little work, but had no idea where to start. A Google search and a short ride later, I found myself chatting with Phil. Not only did Phil know exactly what my scooter needed, he suggested a few upgrades that took the fun factor to a completely different level. Cleveland Moto rocks and I could not imagine taking my scooter anywhere else. I would also like to give a scout out to Andy for being so cool on the phone - by the way Andy is a girl. On a closing note, Cleveland Moto embraces everything a business should be. Exceptional Knowledge, honestly, and outstanding service. This is a rare commodity in todays world.

Awesome team! I have experience with both locations and am very thankful for their knowledge, patience and selflessness. I bought my sons first scooter at the west side location, right before delivery they noticed a problem w/ it and gave me another that I liked that was worth at least $500 more for the same price. My son loves it! Since then I caught the riding bug, but knew nothing about bikes, both locations entertained my many visits and questions... I bought my first bike using their suggestions, but not from them. The owner had nothing but great things to say about the selection and still offers services and insight. Going to look for my sons first motorcycle at Clevemoto today. Best team ever!

Horrible Experience. I went in looking for a job and to look at bikes for my GF. When i asked, he got an attitude and told me he didnt know me and doesnt give jobs to people he didnt know. I ignored him. About 10 min of looking around, my gf asked to look at a bike. The guy rudely told her that it was a vintage bike, that she didnt have the money to buy it and it wasnt a daily rider. That he travels up and down California every year where he sells them for 3x the price. At that point i snap, shes from California and i lived there for 3 years, we know the value, and im a customs mechanic with an Associates degree in Classic Restoration and mechanics.

Phil and gang are a rare situation in 2017. They are a local independent motorcycle shop with people who actually ride at the helm. I have had CleMoto build a hotrod scooter for me and also purchased a vintage Vespa from them. Everyone is helpful and the work they do is great. If scooters or vintage bikes are your thing, Phil is a well of knowledge and can either fix your ride, sell you one or provide info most do not possess. I also get all my small needs for my motorcycles from CleMoto. Oil, filters, erc. As a local independent shop I will do my best to support them. Someday I want to save up for one of the Moto Guzzi racers they sell.

Talk about the right stuff! Phil is passionate about Guzzi (and motorcycling in general) and it shows. Helped me figure out which one was right for me, (love my V7 Classic!) entertained me with stories and banter, personalized the experience, and made everything easy when it came time to get business done. Makes all the difference to buy from someone who rides, knows, and loves the bike that I am getting for myself as opposed to a random salesman who just wants to get rid of old stock. Superb selection of bikes (Guzzi, Vespa, Royal Enfield, and some vintage stuff), lots of gear to go with. Ill go back again for sure :)

Definitely a knowledgeable staff especially on a wide variety of bikes. Not a lot of people want to do any kind of work on the old Suzuki intruders! These guys did a complete overhaul on my electrical and had my bike tuned up running better than the day I bought it from the dealer! I would recommend Phil and Co. to anybody. The day that I am going to buy another bike it will probably be from these guys.

I Bought a Moto Guzzi from them and they helped me with getting a loan for the motorcycle as well as have been fast and friendly with helping me purchase new parts to customize the bike however specific and hard to find they are. I plan to continue to come to them with any purchases involving my motorcycles or questions about maintenance or modifications.

Customer Service is EVERYTHING. They remembered my name, they remembered my bike and they got me all sorted out and running like new in just 2 days! I cant say enough about Phil and Emmy. If youre sick of the "Biker Lifestyle" and want to get right down to the real deal, youve got to check out ClevelandMoto.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Although the shop is not super large, they have a good selection of gear and accessories, as well as great motorcycles. Their motorcycle selection ranges from new to historical. Their service department is great. Definitely worth stopping in.

Great customer service. Took my bike in for an oil leak and a new tire to be out on, got the tire replaced and went out of his way to help me get my oil leak taken care of. Would definitely recommend taking your bike here for anything you need.
