Our Rav4 was rear-ended at a traffic light in the middle of May in Naples, causing damage to the rear swing out door/bumper/quarter panel. Supreme was recommended by Geico as an Xpress facility. I took our car by for an inspection/estimate and was told at least 2-3 weeks depending on parts, and off I went in a rental car. After 3 weeks, I went to go pick up our car and upon initial inspection I had mixed feelings about the repair. The rear glass didnt mate up like it did before on the drivers side of the tailgate, ~3/8" high, while the passenger side was flush to the body. The gap across the top of the door where it mates to the roof also appeared wider than previous. Upon functioning the door latch, the door felt a little stiffer to open/close and was making an audible click/dragging noise while opening, coming from the area around the hinges/wire harness. There were also supposed to be 2 bump stops to help secure the door, one above and one below the latch on each corner of the drivers side of the door. There was only one installed at the top, and it was longer than the original. There were also some paint marker lines still drawn on the under carriage from where they had pointed out dents during inspection from the impact. I asked the service manager (Joe) if he would have them look it over again. They took it, wiped away the marker, tightened the latch to pull the door tighter and told me, "We checked it and it doesnt leak, but if you have any issues its all guaranteed so you can bring it back." He also was going to order the correct parts and hold them until I returned. For the time being I accepted it and went home. After ~4 weeks we returned, the noise still hadnt subsided and car was brought back for that and parts ordered. I again spoke with Joe about the issue. They installed the new bump stops that were ordered and made a small adjustment to one of the tabs near the lower hinge and the popping noise stopped. They also greased the hinges claiming they were stiff. JR was also there and we talked about the misalignment and bump stops. He had made the comment, "this time we had another (Rav4) here to look at and compare" in reference to the bump stops. Fast forward to the end of July. After hand washing the car, I noticed "new" (to us) damage in the form of drag marks across the bumper, as well as new dings across the front passenger quarter panel including a chip down to the plastic on the fender flare that chipped a dime size of paint off. Considering the residual glass (from when the rear window shattered) and dust (from repair work) that was left in the crevices in between the seats and inner panels after detailing, I went to Supreme to have them look it over. Immediately the paint damage was dismissed by Kim as rock chips and ill parking resulting in damage. Given the time that had passed, this was hard to dispute. Shawn with Geico agreed they would repaint the chipped flare as a "courtesy." Fast forward to the end of August. The rear door was still making a dragging noise. Upon closer inspection, the door was actually rubbing the door frame when it was cycling open and closed. This wore down to the primer on the frame and the bare metal on the door which began to rust at the point of contact. The car was taken to a different Geico Xpress facility (Facility #2) not affiliated with Supreme for inspection. With minimal information of the accident and repair history, Facility #2 immediately observed the rear door was not centered properly and "something just isnt right." There were also imperfections in the body work (streaks) on the rear by the door. Upon further tear down, Facility #2 determined the floor was not pulled into a position to allow proper alignment and causing alignment issues with panels and the door. It was described as "putting a cast on a broken bone that was never set." Facility #2 completed the necessary repair in ~one week after approval. Nearly all the labor was repeated to pull the floor, repair/body work, paint and reinstall components. Supreme matched the paint well though.

I take great care of my Mica Blue Toyota Mr2 Spyder, always parking away from others if possible - so when I came out of a store on Black Friday and saw a huge 3 foot dent in the drivers door and quarter panel 4 inches deep from a hit-and-run incident, I was floored. After contacting my insurance agent, it was recommended that I select an authorized Geico XPress facility for a hassle-free "guaranteed as long as you own the car" repair. There were three shops to choose from and after some due diligence I made Supreme Collision my choice, mostly based on the fact that Bentley of Naples sends all of their customers cars there as an authorized Bentley repair facility. I figured if they can satisfy owners of $200K+ cars, they should be able to satisfy me. Boy, was I right! From the moment I stepped into the shop and met the owner JR, I knew I was in good hands, not to mention that Enterprise Car Rental has an office in their shop - so Supreme Collision is literally a one-stop-shop. As JR assessed the car, I was concerned whether the paint application would match the rest of the body and whether the body could be repaired without replacing the door and fender. As extensive as the damage was, I thought it would be difficult or impossible to expect perfection but JR said "no problem, it will be done and you wont notice a thing" - so I left the shop in my Enterprise rental car with cautious optimism. Well, not only did Supreme Collisions excellent customer service manager Tonya send me pics of the entire repair process via text message, but the car was repaired in three days - and JR was true to his word! The repair was flawless, no ripples or bends in the bodywork and the paint was meticulously blended to perfection so it was impossible to notice any work was done on the car. To top it off, JR went the extra mile and removed some scratches and door dings on the side that wasnt subject to repair, and detailed the entire car - simply amazing. Its impossible to overstate the courtesy, professionalism, ethical standards, and satisfaction received from Supreme Collision of Naples - thanks to all the great staff at this well-run business!

I had the misfortune of another mishap on the way to Orlando on the two lane road of Hwy 31. This time, a dump truck plowed over a load of 2x4s and airborn projectiles came crashing down on my other vehicle, a candy apple red Acura 3.2CL. I had several gashes 2-6 inches deep on the hood, a sideview mirror torn off, headlight destroyed, and multiple lacerations on the bumper. So I set up the Express service appointment with a Geico claims rep and Enterprise Car Rentals agent on site at Supreme Collision. I was greeted by Joe from Geico, who quite possibly is the most efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly claims adjuster in Florida - together with JR (the owner of Supreme). The car damage was evaluated, which included bumper replacement, hood work, sideview mirror and headlight replacement, inclusive of complete paintwork on the bumpers and hood and blend to fenders. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a nice rental car from a very nice lady at Enterprise. The promised completion date was Friday (two days later!), which was overly optimistic considering the extensive damage. Well, as sure as the sun rises, I received an email update of the car in repair mode with pics (front end looked completely disassembled) from Tonya (another very nice lady CSR) on Thursday. Then late Friday, I got a call that the car was finished. Since the drive to Naples is an hour away, I decided to pick up my car on Monday with no qualms from Geico on extending the rental car period. The results were simply outstanding (once again)!! The car looked showroom perfect, quite literally - and JR went the extra mile to take out some dings (once again) from the rear quarter panel at no additional cost. The paint blend, from the plastic bumper to the fenders and hood was precise to the most discriminating eye. The car was detailed inside and out. The car looked like it got a makeover from top to bottom. The only thing missing was Chip Foose and the crew from Overhaulin.
