Well folks Indian Motorcycles are back and this time they are back to stay and the only place to get yours is Sky Power Sports of Lakeland. I started looking for a new ride about four months ago and really leaning towards buying another Harley. But when I learned that Indian was back I immediately got on line and tracked down the nearest dealer. There it was Sky Power Sport Lakeland for all your Indian Motorcycle needs. As soon as I walked through the doors there it was the Indian Classic, Vintage, and the Chieftain. While I stood there drooling a young man named Danny walk up and asked if he could answer any questions about the new Indian. I explained I was in the market for a new bike and I was a big fan of Indian. He politely explained the features of the new Indian but never once pushed a sales pitch on me. It was nice to just set and talk about motorcycles with a fellow enthusiast. We must have talked for at least an hour before I apologized for taking so much of his time. I explained that while I wanted a bike I was currently purchasing a new home and would be unable to purchase for at least 4-6 months. Most sales people would walk away and loose interest. Not at Sky Power Sports. Danny introduced me to Tim their Indian motorcycle manager. Tim like Danny took time to get to know me and again no sales pressure just two guys talking about motorcycles. A week later I returned with my wife to show her the bikes and started what would become a weekly trip to educate myself about Indian’s return. Every week Tim, Danny, and many of the other employees answered question after question never once trying to push a sale on me. Hell Tim set up a test ride for me just to go out and have some fun and get a feel for the bikes. They invited me to bike rallies and events they held at their store and always addressed me by name. In a world where everyone is addressed as sir or ma’am it was nice to see my business was important enough to them to remember my name. Finally 4 months and many weekly trips for Indian worship later Tim called me with an offer on a bike I just could not pass up. He had gotten to know me so well with our conversations that when he saw the perfect bike for me he picked up the phone and called me. A couple of pictures later and a five minute phone call I was on my way to start the contract on what would become my new Indian. Now I know I have been talking about Indian because that is what interests me. However Sky can help you with all your Victory, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, and the all new Slingshot needs. If you’re a Harley guy they have plenty of those as well because Harley owners are giving up their hogs and are going back to the Indian. They have a wide selection of motorcycle apparel and accessories for all models of motorcycles. So if its sales, service, or accessories they have you covered with a friendly professional staff second to none. Stop by and see them and tell them Jeff sent ya.

What a rip off! Lied to and decieved. I bought a 2015 suzuki kingquad leftover....They told me $6999. I was manipulated and lied to at the closing....when I recieved the bill in the mail from the finance company it was $10,700!!!! For a four wheeler that was $6999???? I confronted them about it and asked as to why the bill was inflated and they said tey charge $900 for delivery and set up and $300 for handling plus $800 for tax $38.50 for tag and title....Then i noticed I had a $250 accessory charge in which i bought no accessories!!. They changed all the numbers around they said so I could get 0% fonancing through suzuki which I did. I have no complaints with suzuki. I was told also that I wouldnt get the wheeler for $6999 if I financed it AFTER the sale. No I in fact paid $7999 and was told that they gave me that option which they never did. They also falsely advertised the bike online for $6999 and nowhere did it state that It was only on a cash deal....These people are scheisters to say the least....con artists at best. When I confronted them the manager Dan didnt have a clue as to an explaination of how this bill was calculated and brushed the issue off to the finance department. The finance guy who did my deal tried telling me he explained all of this which was a lie...When I came in I was prepared with calculations on my own based off of the charges which came in at $1500 less than they charged me. He tried smoozing me over with all thier "confuse the customer" tactics and when I matched wits with him he got ted in the fae and had to leave because I called him on all his BS. Lol. Then it got brushed off to the finance manager "Joe" who spent literally 20 minutes on the calculator attempting to calculate the deal to where he could show me he was right. He was so unsuccessful fumbling his words that he couldnt get the numbers to come out right...and when he finally came up with a last desparate attempt to correct himself.....he actually told me that they were wrong and I was charged too little!!! hahahaha.....what a joke. A $7000 four wheeler turned into an $11,000 four wheeler. Now I did have a maintenance plan added on which was $1100. So for delivery tax, title, tag, setup and tax I was charged $2600.....tax was about $600 tag and title was $38.50. So that means I was charged $1961.50 for deliery and setup any way you want to look at it...I bought 3 other brand new wheelers from other companies and tis charge has always been about $500. So I got ripped off about $1461 from sky powersports....Consumers beware...if you want dishonesty, inflated prices, poor customer service, and ignorance then that is what you will get from sky powersports......There are plenty of oter companies that will do you right in Florida. STAY AWAY FROM SKY POWERSPORTS

I was so disgusted by my experience here that I did some research and found out that the company has recently been bought. The new ownership cares nothing for customers and not only refused to make a situation right, they told us never to come back to their business again over a mistake they made, we didnt do anything but expect good customer service. We arrived 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and they already had the bay doors down and were locking up. When we asked if they were still open and if we could order parts the guy rolled his eyes and said he guessed he could help us. We could tell that our arrival was a big inconvenience. We ended up ordering the parts through their website instead of instore because of the attitude of the customer service people. They never processed our internet order and when we asked about it after a week, they had no desire to even be helpful in fixing it. When we asked if they would pay the $35 to have the parts sent overnight, not only did they refuse, store manager told us to order the parts somewhere else and subsequently told us never to step foot in their store again or order from their website. We researched it and it turns out the manager is the owners son; after posting our experience else where on the internet he personally sent us harrassing messages saying they are going to sue us for slander if we dont "leave them alone", which is just ridiculous, this is what review websites are for! In my opinion you should beware of dealing with these people. We have several bikes and would have been repeat customers, but we will never purchase from this place again. These statements are my personal opinion and an abbreviated account of our experience.
