I would like to post my experience. I own a sport bike and brought it to this shop for some throttle body issues. My bike was spitting and sputtering at low rpms after having the air box and gas tank off for a thermostat fix I did my self. I told them everything that happened before it started running this way. They said no problem. So I dropped the bike off. 3 days later I call to check on it but they didnt get a chance to look at it I was told. I told them ok I was just checking. So on the 6th work day I got a call from them that my bike was done. He told me on the phone that my bike had some bad gas and my choke valve was out of adjustment and they dumped the tank and cleared the gas lines put New fuel in it and fuel system cleaner and it was all better that I could come and get it. When I got there to pick it up I was told that the guy who looked at my bike said my first gear was skipping a little. I was surprised. But he said it would be ok just take it easy in first gear. I paid the Bill they brought my bike out of the shop. The first thing I noticed was my bike didnt sound right but I passed it off on the fuel system cleaner. The second thing was that my bike was filthy dirty greasy hand-prints water spots and little muddy spots as if they left it out in the rain. When I dropped it off it was clean and spotless. then when I drove it home I realized it was exactly in the same running condition as when I dropped it off. after rethinking things when I got home I realized my bike doesnt have a choke valve so theyd flat out lied to me about that. My bike is fuel injected so it does not have one. I called them up to tell them that my bike was exactly the same running condition they told me to bring it back but after careful thought I realized that if they lied to me once they would like to me again so for this reason Im leaving a negative review they may be good with Cruisers and choppers but do not take your sportbike to them....!!!..just an update I took my bike to Vengeance Cycles in Tavares. They had it for 3 days contacted me come to find out the problem with my bike was a fouled out spark plug I fouled out coil pack so I replace the spark plugs and the coil packs and it runs perfect no skipping gear they said absolutely none of my gears have any issues

Was told bike was ready to be picked up. Arrived and wasnt running. Then was told they would tow it to my house 10 minutes away for free the next day. Didnt arrive for almost 1 week later and the owner all of a sudden decided to charge for the tow, even though the bike wasnt running when we went to pick it up.

We have all 4 bikes serviced here because they do great work and there prices are excellent, bike might not always be clean when there done so when I bring it in I dont have it detailed right before, would highly recommend them
