I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki every time I have visited the store. Starting from the day I stopped by just for recommendation on a bike for a beginner, the salesman, David Pieser, was very knowledgable and friendly. He never pushed me into buying anything. Even though, I had picked a certain model, he showed me other similar models and explained to me the pros and cons of each one. On the day of my next visit, I was ready to buy my first bike; he took care of everything in a very professional manner while also taking into account my budget. It was like having a close friend as a salesman. José, from the Finance Department, explained to me all the options available to me in detail for buying my first bike, such a nice guy. Trey, from Parts & Accesories, is a very friendly guy who doesnt mind explaining to this noob what every part or accessory does even if I do not buy it at the moment or intent to in the future. I had the bad luck of waking up the next morning to see my bike tipped over. An awful human being wanted my parking space, and he or she didn’t even bother to leave a note. There I was the next morning in front of my new 2016 Yamaha R3. That bike had less than 24 hours out of the dealer, and I already had to take it back. The left foot peg broke and the blinkers got detached. The cover protected the bike from getting scratched, though. It just took me to send a single text to David, and he took care of everything. Forest, from the Service Department, again another friendly guy, took care of giving me an estimate while also bothering to calm me down by sharing some personal story about one of his bikes that got tipped over, and also taught me the best ways to park my bike next time. Everybody at Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki is very friendly. They have given me a lot of advise on how to ride, match my riding gear, attach my GoPro, and that’s including stuff I didn’t even buy from them or plan to. Not only did I get a new bike, but also I believe I got new friends. I 100% recommend Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki.

Dont know why people would speak poorly of this place. I went to this dealership in the Fall and picked up 2 Kawaski Jetskis. I called and shopped around with every dealership within an hour drive of here and not only got the best price here but I really enjoyed the experience of walking into their dealership. Im a tough buyer and the only reason I knew this was the only place to do business was because I never at all felt rushed or pressured. They answered all my questions, let me go home and come back later without calling me to pressure me like a car dealership has done in the past. I came back and got an even better deal because they ended up finding one of the skis that was an overstock from 2009 (I liked the 2009/2010 combo since they only came in 1 color each year and I liked having red and blue combos). So I made out there and threw on an extended warranty on each for way cheaper than I could have imagined. I was there a couple days that week because one of the skis wasnt in stock so they took delivery of it the next day from another dealership. The skis were ready and sparkling clean when I picked them up and even the service guy spent almost an hour answering all my questions regarding maintenance. Im into cars so change my own oils and such and they had no problem telling me the right way of doing it to save some cash. So thumbs up to you guys for running a pleasant business. Wojtek

I just got off the phone with Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki which pushed me to write this review. The person answering the phone sounded like she is doing you a favour by transferring you to the right department and after 15 minutes of holding for parts i get one of the rudest people i have ever spoke to. I asked for a kick stand for a specific year and model and he had no idea what he was looking for. His only response was that he had to order it. I highly doubt he even checked his stock since he responded right away. After asking how much was it he put me on hold again to look for the it in his system!! He also did not know if its the whole assembly with the sensor or just the kick stand by it self. He said its pretty much "the stick". I dont write reviews often but as a business owner i was really ticked off to get this kind of treatment knowing that if one of my emplyees ever handles a phone call in this manner i will loose that customer for good. I deal with parts departments on weekly basis and they are usually very helpful and respectful. I also had a good experience at orlando Yamaha kawasaki before with the parts department. Just not this time.

First off, love the fake reviews. BUYERS....Beware their online prices. They list their bikes at super low prices then tack on BS fees to make up the difference. They have a 2015 KLR listed online at $4,999, so I call and ask what the OTD price, cash, would be. He says $7200!!!!!! Im like, "how you get that number"? He says "tax tag and title". Well, at 7% sales tax, its about $400. So were at $5400. Tag and title, tack on another $250 tops, were at $5650. That leaves a mystery amount of $1550. What they WONT tell you and leave out, is that they charge $1550 in BS dealer fees to make up for the "discount" they had on the price of the bike. Save yourself a lot of time and $$$$, Buy privately, or dont go to dealers who employ deceptive pricing practices. The messed up part is they dont tell you, they just say "oh, thats tax tag and title". You have to actually look at the paperwork to see they have tacked on $1550 in mystery fees to recoup the "discount" on price of bike. Typical dealer scumbags.

The best motorcycle dealership I have ever encountered, bar none. From purchase, to service, to parts, and to financing, Orlando Yamaha really sets the bar for quality in the Motorcycle Dealership world. When I first stepped foot into their beautiful showroom, I was very on-edge after coming from a very bad experience at a local Harley-Davidson dealership, but the amazing personal service I received from their salespeople and service technicians really blew me away. I have, and will continue to suggest and push people to consider a dealership experience with Orlando Yamaha solely due to the fact that they have continuously gone above and beyond for myself and my fiance. Please consider Orlando Yamaha for your next purchase or service as they will treat you right and they will do whatever it takes to give you that personal level of service that you deserve as a paying customer. Thanks Edwin and everyone at Orlando Yamaha for your personable and professional service. You have made a believer out of me.

I recently purchased a 2013 Yamaha VX Deluxe watercraft from Brad, and I cannot even express my gratitude to him and his professionalism before and after the sale. I needed a ski that I could use for my kiteboarding business, and Brad made the purchase easy, as well as informative. This was my first jet ski, so of course I had a number of questions and concerns. Brad has always gone far and beyond just being a salesman and really got me excited about purchasing a Yamaha watercraft. Whenever I called or visited the dealership, Brad has always made me feel like a part of the Yamaha family, and for that, my family and I thank him. If you are in the market for a personal watercraft, whether it is something for the family to enjoy, or in my case, something that I will use to teach individuals how to kiteboard, give Orlando Yamaha a call and ask for Brad; you will not be disappointed.
