I had the pleasure of shopping at the Disney Springs store while on a trip to Disney World. All of the staff were friendly & helpful with my purchases. However, it was after I returned home that I was totally wowed by your staff! I purchased the wrong size shirts & called to see what I could do.( the ones I purchased were only available in the Orlando stores). Stefanie was sooo kind & helpful as she instructed me on how to mail them back. She even went out on the floor & pulled the correct size of shirts for me to have them ready when my package arrived. One week from the day that I mailed them back, I received the correct size shirts in the mail! Thanks so much for going above & beyond to help me out!!

M. Garcia offered TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Store was not very crowed upon our visit on Monday 9/5 late afternoon. One employee told us of the sale on 25% off a second shirt included ALL "Orlando" themed HD shirts. We get to the cash register and Ms. Garcia would not honor the discount on two tank shirts. Never bothered to ask if the other employee told us that. We DID buy the shirts as gifts and she had a smirk on her face the entire time knowing we were aggravated. Never thanked us, apologized for the other employees mistake. Snotty young lady. We wont return!

I love harley Davidson and try to go to the dealer or store in every city o highway I found a stires. The local its good and have good stuff but the prices are to high in comparation with other stores. Fur example in the garden ghomo the difference its around 50%. And with the wall plates the same. I know maybe the place have a lot of tourist but for by ethic increase the price in this way

Two Harleys you can try to sit on. Wide variety of Harley trademarked products from tshirts and jackets through car, truck and motorcycle models down to dog toys. This shop is on the corner and probably the first you spot and visit after you get out of garages.

Nice location, but you cant actually buy bikes here or parts. Its only the gift shop portion of Orlando Harley Davidson.
