Worst auction ever. I have been in the car business for 20 years and have never seen such horrible cars like in Manheim Philly. Have never had success with any of their cars. Purchased an Infiniti G35 and the car came with the airbags deployed and drivers seatbelt missing. Put the car in arbitration and was told that its as-is and theres nothing they can do about it. Since when is an airbag deployed not arbitraitable? Do not buy there!! They will screw you for your money.

You should have a van to pick up vehicles for the older transporters. Hot as the devil, had to walk all the way to the end of the lot and then car wouldnt start had to walk back and get someone to jump the vehicle .. hard on older transporters.

Had to wait an hour on title transfers, busy office, crowded, buzzing with activity, short staffed. Despite all that, office was clean , staff was kind and Courteous No real complaints
