Bought a car here and only a couple days later started having trouble. The troubles did not end, it was one thing after the other until I finally had enough. Robert who is the owner is a GREAT talker, he talks himself up like nothing I ever seen, but when you have problems with the car and get (rightfully so) angry and frustrated he shuts off the charm and the real him comes out. He forgets you are the customer (maybe because he has your signature and cash already) and he moves quickly onto aggression and tells you to fix it or give it back- how dare you be angry that I Sold you junk! (that is his stance). Very frustrating, I lost a lot of money and I know these places are geared towards people with no credit or bad credit but please do not do it, you think you are in a bad situation now - trust me if you get a lemon like I did you will be in a worse position. Fast talker, Super nice and friendly and full of crap until push comes to shove. His detailing looks nice, I will give them credit for that cause the car was spotless when I got it but for sales he is a HUGE fail in my case. Anyone who can sell a single mother of 3 a car and take over 3k between down payment, monthly payments and repairs and not even give them back one dollar after nothing but hassle and problems is not a good person. Actions speak louder then words and I hope no one else finds out like I did. He covered his butt coming and going with all the papers I signed saying he had a right to keep all money but had I found one bad review on him I would not have shopped there, so I am hoping that some one else can learn from my mistakes and take heed to this review and run.

Such a location this place is in. I had a 1992 Maxima that was fully loaded, very well maintained, and ran great, but was not appealing at all. I was looking for an upgrade that was a better look and Rob had just the car, a Mercedes S500. It was one of the cars he was driving himself and was finally ready to part with. Went for a test drive in it and the whole time talking with him about its options and how it runs, I even took it on the highway and floored it with no problems running problems. There were a couple problems non-mechanical with it which I had pointed out like a door module not working properly and a noticeable cracked windshield. Rob assured me if I bought the car they would be taken care of, so i took the risk and traded my car in for it. He was generous on the trade and as promised replaced the windshield and module, but once the car came back from the mechanic it was a little dirty. That was no problem because with every car sold, the business uses its great cleaning service to detail the car to like new condition. I couldnt even tell where the dirt was once I got the car back. It smelt great, looked great, and ran great. Completely satisfied for a used car and quality of service I received. This is a place I will refer business for sure.

Cant recommend this place enough. Took my car in to have it detailed and get rid of some dirt on the cloth seats that I couldnt get off myself. Not only did they get the dirt that I couldnt get, they also managed to get rid of four-year-old water stains that I assumed would never come out, as well as red paint out of a dent in my white car from another cars door hitting mine three years ago. Their detailing services far exceeded my expectations for the price and the guys and Ashley were some of the nicest people youll ever meet. Highly recommended!!

I was looking for a good truck that could tow and handle snow; since I am moving out west. I came upon a post from Living Stone on craigslist and checked it out. The owner, Robert, is very friendly and let us take our time checking out the truck. We bought the truck at a very good price, and Robert helped us through the entire process. Robert and his wife are genuinely wonderful people. I would definitely recommend Living Stone if you are on the market for a great used vehicle at an affordable price!

BUYER BEWARE!! Worst experience ever! Go here if you want a piece of junk and owners who only care about the fast buck. DO NOT BUY DETAILING GIFT CERT! They will ask when you make appointment so they can push you to the back of the line. Its actually a regular practice there. Make sure to get car/truck inspected by your mechanic first. I didnt listen to my friend who bought her car there and I have paid more in repairs more than I did for the car!! Total scam artists!!
