This goes for Keith brown. Worst sales men I have ever met in my life. I work at another dealership down the road and deal with sales men every single day. And even the worst salesmen we have are still better than Keith. He walked up to me and my girlfriend in the parking lot acting like he didnt wanna do his job at all. Didnt even introduce himself. Didnt wanna talk about the car we were looking at. And also didnt know a single thing about the car. We take the car for a test drive and anytime I gave it a little gas to see how it felt he would look at me and act like we were gonna crash. Then when we get back we go inside and talk about financing the car. Everything me and my fiance said he just looked at us like we were talking a different language. The guy barely said anything to us. It ended up I needed a co signer. So I said I would go and get my grandfather and we would be back. So I got my grandfather and gave Keith a call to let him know we were coming back. Didnt answer either of my calls and I left a voicemail so we didnt go back. He calls back the next day and tells me the car was already sold.. worst service Ive ever had at a dealership. Complete waste of time.

Brown-Daub helped restore our faith in Volvo! We bought a 2012 S60 T5 from Scott Volvo in Allentown. It was our first Volvo and we were very happy with it. Fast forward to around the end of 2015. We were having sudden major engine failure at only 74k miles. After getting the run around with Scott and having them try to get me to buy a new engine ($12k repair), I had it towed to Brown-Daub instead. Not only did Volvo replace the engine, but I also bought an XC90 from Beth and couldnt be happier! Its by far the best car weve ever driven. (And weve driven many). Brown-Daub really helped restore our faith in Volvo and earned a loyal customer. Matt (Sales Manager) and Dawn (Service Manager) worked really hard with Volvo Cars of North America in trying to resolve a major issue and were sympathetic to our situation (unlike Scott). They took a customer who was ready to throw in the towel and walk away from the Volvo brand, and transformed us into a loyal Volvo customer. Check out Brown-Daub for all your Volvo needs. I have a 08 Volvo C30. I never had a problem with it at 157,000 miles. I experienced a problem when the check engine light came on, on the way home from the airport in Phl. I made my first appointment online a day before a Noreaster! The day after the snow storm I was on my way! Very happy with all the service with Brown Daub Volvo in Nazareth, I felt like they have a mission to really help..Ill be bringing my Volvo to them for future work..Thank You Carl, and the great service technician!! I did not buy my car from brown daub Volvo but I did look at one. It was a 2010 Volvo S40. Car drove good but I really wanted a manual transmission which is a rare find in Volvos. Manuel was very friendly throughout the whole experience and I would definitely consider buying another car from them. Dealership is beautiful inside and out since it was recently done. I still buy some of my parts from them if I need it in a pinch but it is cheaper to go online to get your OE parts.

Purchased a cheap used car here for my daughter. I didnt expect much because the car was so inexpensive. They made my daughter feel special. So far so good 28,000 miles on it and its just needed tires and oil changes. Michael the manager was great to work with.

Havent bought a car there but have been using the Service Department for years for work I dont do myself. Hourly rate is a higher than an independent garage but I never feel "taken" for what they do. Love Volvos lifetime guarantee on repairs.
