Do not go to this dealer!!!! Their service department treats your car without respect. Every time we drop our car off it comes back with the problem being amplified and a new scratch, scuff, scrap, or dent. I finally had enough and reported it through management. They informed me that they cannot take responsibility for this but they will have the car buffed and detailed to remove the scratches. We received our car back with none of the scratches removed, instead they used a black magic marker to fill in some of the deeper scratches. I again complained and I received the following response " I have spoken with Paul our GM and Mike our service manager about this issue. Weve reviewed our policies and procedures and believe that our service personnel has followed the proper guidelines. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that we are afraid that we will be unable to meet your expectations and feel that it might be in your best interest to explore other local service facilities." That is directly from management at Volvo of Fort Washington. What great customer service!!! -- The only thing I wanted was to have my car properly serviced and the scratches and dents that they put in my car removed and they are refusing to take responsibility. So buyers beware Volvo is a great car but do not buy from this dealer.

I just graduated college, and I recently decided that it was time to purchase my first car. The top thing on my mind was safety. Being that I commute almost an hour to work everyday and plan on soon having kids, safety is a number one feature to me. I also wanted something a little luxurious on the inside and pleasant to look at. I searched the internet and decided that Volvos were something Id be interested in. I went to every Volvo in the tri-state area before finding Volvo of Fort Washington. I felt very welcome here, and the salesmen were patient with me and answered all of my questions. Special shoutouts to Craig, Scott, and most of all, Mike Marziani. I decided to go to Mike because he is very friendly, and he is eager to help you as well as learn the trade himself. I settled on the XC90 with a luxury package. Everything ran super smoothly and they had me on the road in no time. FW was having a great promotion this month on add-ons! I highly recommend them and I walked out happy with my brand new XC90! Im hooked on Volvo for life!!

So I was on my way back from the Florida keys at a festival that I attended in my Subaru Forster, mind you Ive been having nothing but problems with this car! And then it gets even worse! My oil light starts flashing and the car stalls out on a busy highway.. I pull over to the side of the road and lucky this green volvo wagon pulls up behind me and the guy gets out helps me push the car to a safe location.. I explain my frustration and he trys to asses the situation and notices that theres a hole in my oil pan! He tells me he works at a volvo dealer and maybe they could look at it and get m back on the road.. I tow it over and long story short the car needed more repairs then it was worth.. The gentlemen that helped me on the high way happened to be a salesman at the dealership.. I was so enthused with the way this young man went out of his way to stop and help me out that I ended up buying a car from him! Smoothest car sale transaction Ive ever had to do! Will go out of my way to do business with this company again!

Dont walk in to the dealership unless you are Caucasian, they dont even look at you if you are anything else. My husband wanted to test drive the Volvo S60 and we went in the dealership and waited. There is no place to sign in, no receptionist or front desk, we saw salespeople sitting at their desk and staring at us. I finally went and asked one of them if there is a place to sign in since we would like to test drive one of their cars. He said, somebody should be with you. OK. 5 more minutes and nothing. Its not like it was busy and even if it was, someone should have spoken to us. Oh BTW, we are Asians so I guess we dont fall in the Volvo category. Save your time and go to another dealer, or better still go to the Mercedes dealership across the road for excellent customer service. I dont think I am ever going to look at a Volvo again and will make sure I tell my friends and family not to go to this dealership.

I was looking for a larger vehicle for my family and was able to browse Volvo FWs website to find exactly what I wanted. I emailed for more information and Tony reached out to me quickly to help with my questions. It was a very low-pressure environment, and Tony was great with helping me find what I needed. When the time came to seal the deal, Tony was able to get me all the paperwork via email ahead of time so that all I had to do was walk in the door, sign the paperqwork, review the different features of the car, and walk out - it took one hour, and that in and of itself was the true "value add" for me. I woudl definitely return to Volvo FW in the future for any new vehicles I am considering, and I recommend them highly.

Your staff, as always, was courteous, explained exactly what needed to be done right away and developing issues that would need to be dealt with in the future and how much each item would cost. It turned out my car needed to spend the night, and since I had not asked for a loaner, I said that was fine and that Id take a bus out to the dealership in the morning. Matt said I would "Absolutely Not" take a bus; he would have someone pick me up. I tried to protest, saying that would mean someone going out of their way, and he almost sounded offended and said that as a customer I should expect nothing less; it is a service that comes with Volvo and your dealership. The waiting room is so nice, I could stay there all day.

lets see, what a horrible mistake i made by purchasing the car from them. sales people are full of lies. i am car savvy person so does average customer go and buy a cars. this is just an advice, i bought a old camry for $6000 this year from this crook dealership. so far i have spent $1500 in repairs and still lots of thing coming down the pipe that needed to be fixed. so i short i WARN everyone and not to buy a product from this place unless you know lot about car and can easily spot a vehicle damages (internally and externally). hope this helps.

VFW is the premier place to buy or lease a Volvo. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly (especially Scott Marziani and Sales Manager Kevin Whalin, and easy to work with. Matt Huffman, the leader in the service department is exceptional, and has been for the past 15 years. And Marissa at the reception desk is unfailingly delightful and helpful. If you are looking for a Volvo start and end your search here. If you havent looked at a Volvo, check out VFW before you buy another car. You wont regret it.
