The service was absolutely fantastic. I worked with Dmitriy Kichin, Financial Manager. The man is a real gentleman--an angel! He was polite, personable, respectful, professional and extremely helpful. He drove and walked me back and forth through their lots, on a FREEZING COLD NIGHT(with no gloves)! He help me find not only a car that was within my budget, but one that I would also love to drive. Dmitriy took the time to verify all documents against what he promised me at the start. I put nothing down and drove away with half the interest rate I was paying on my trade in. Working with Dmitriy was a truly wonderful car buying experience. If I am still living in Philadelphia in 3 to 4 years, I will make my next auto purchase no where else other than at Conicelli Autoplex.

I purchased a remote start for my Honda HR-V, online from this company. Before I purchased it, I asked if it had to be programmed after it was installed. I was told it was a "plug-n-play", so no. I had it installed only to find out it did need to be programmed by a dealer. I live in Cleveland so couldnt even go to the dealership and ask them to do it since they told me it didnt need to be done. I asked for reimbursement for the cost. They refused. This is a mega company and Im just your average individual. I think they could have shown some accountability, and just plain courtesy since they made the mistake, and reimbursed me the $69.00.

Tom Bean handled the sale from start to finish and was knowledgable, personable and totally professional. No hard sell, no BS, and I believe I got a good deal. All the people there were very nice and made a great impression on me and my family. Thanks, Tom, for all your help. I had A great experience with my salesman Russ Williams he was extremely courteous and polite. He demonstrated patience and professionalism and guided me through the whole process. I thought shivalry was a lost art but he even opened the car door for me!!! Great service and experience buying my car. Unfortunately the car is making a seeking noise but I called Russ and he helped me to make an appt to get it checked out. I go tomorrow I will let you know how it goes!

Dont Tread On Me

I bought my VW there last week. The used department was awesome. It was really low stress, I walked in with a Capone prequal and an idea of what I wanted, Mr. Blue showed me a few options and I fell in love with the 2nd one. They came back with an APR lower then what I had been paying with a co signer on my truck and the finance manager did not push anything on me. Im driving now completely thrilled with what Im in and what Im paying. Just a easy experience. No B.S.

Really NICE place to do business. Mike Salvo really helped me find the right lease . I went in to look at the Hyundai Elantra but with the available incentives it seemed the larger and even safer Sonata was a better deal. Even though it was the last day of the month and the place was packed, Mike made sure I received all the attention I needed and Adam in finance sealed the deal by making sure I had the right package to assure a smooth transition. I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago from this location, Charlie Blue he was great. He had everything ready. Car Fox report on my used vehicle all the details, my details, and similar vehicles just in case. Prepared, calm, knowledgeable, and courteous. Recently I came to the service department for oil change (routine check ups). They offered a shuttle service to wherever I needed to go (within 12 miles) till my vehicle was ready. Great job thanks.

I really hate this places the dont let me pick the car that I want and the keep this 2013 Chrysler 300 I dont want that the car I go to buy 2016 Hyundai Elantra Gt now I am stuck with this stupid car please people stay out of this dealer I going to take this dealer to court the car sale me have lot issues

After researching new cars and financing on several websites, I found out through my monitoring site that Conicelli ran a HARD credit report. I dont recall this dealer even being listed; does not matter because they are over an hour from home. Turns out Conicelli ran these reports PRIOR to contacting me.
