I had to get a new car. My engine had broken to the point that I could only sell my last car to the scrap. I was scared to death seeing as I was between paychecks, had poor credit, and was very worried about trying a roadside car place again. After doing some research, I found Ciocca Ford had good prices for the cars I was looking for (I was aiming for 2010, but my credit put me in a lower year, still good though!) My boyfriend and I drove up a little after opening, having the plan of looking at stuff at quite a few places that day. We were helped by Paul Carragher (it happened to be his anniversary that day too! His wife sent pizza, this becomes relevant later) Paul showed us the two cars we had looked at online, both 2010s one a sedan and the other an SUV. I had always been in sedans since I started driving and at first thats what I wanted, but when I and my boyfriend (who is over 6) sat in it, we felt crushed. Paul was helpful as he walked back inside to get keys for the sub and we had a test drive where Paul was able to answer our questions about the car along the way with accurate and informative answers. We got back to the store and started paperwork only to be hauled by my credit, which was a big fear of mine to be denied any car with my current score. Paul worked hard between financing and the bank to get me into something that not only I would like to be in but would keep my monthly payments low enough that I wouldnt be destitute every payday. We where there for a very long time, so Paul offered us some of thr pizza his wife had sent for their anniversary! I ended up in a 2007 Ford SUV that needed some detailing, which was scheduled for the next Friday. My boyfriend and I (knowing my history with any new car) took it out for a longer drive. The car did well until we were on the way home and the ABS light came on. I contacted Paul right away who told me to bring it right in. When I did they put me in a loaner car (the 2017 version of mine) and promised to have it checked out and fixed. It was over the weekend so I was pretty much set, only had to drive the loaner car one day to work and was back in my car with everything fixed! I know this is a very long review, but if you are reading this I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone did their very best to help me in my time of need, they are friendly, courteous and efficient. If you need a car this is the place to go.

BEWARE!! Ciocca Ford sales reps will LIE to you. My problems began 3/7/15 I called ahead to Ciocca Ford about a 2013 Ford Escape I was interested in. My wife and I drove 2 hours from NJ only to find it was out on a test drive and they sold it. I had only 3 requirements: 4x4, 2.0 engine, backup camera. A sales rep "Tom" offered me an alternative which he claimed met all my requirements accept the camera. They didnt have time to install the backup camera, so they informed me a local NJ dealer would be calling me with an appointment to install it. After a few hours we were driving back to NJ. It felt under-powered but I continued home. Turned out to be a 1.6L engine! Still, it had a 2000 pound towing capacity, so I was upset but could still use the truck. (it was 4 wheel drive at least) After a week without hearing back from any dealers, I called Ciocca Ford. I had to leave a voicemail for Tom. Another week without a callback and I called again. This time i spoke with Mike and Tom. Tom told me he would take care of it. A couple weeks later nothing was done. I called and spoke with Mike, left another voicemail with Tom. Never got a callback. I still have no backup camera! I work out of state and found that it was having intermittent problems with lights and turn signals. One night I made a dealer appointment but the issue had fixed itself by morning. Then a few days later my son broke down while picking up my daughter. It displayed the check engine and was overheating. My local Ford dealer in NJ found and fixed the issues. It turned out Ciocca Ford sold me a truck with a known issue! They never said a word about it. The issue was logged from the previous owner and Ciocca Ford could not find a problem. The previous owner returned the truck, I assume because of this overheating problem. My local dealer informed me that the loose ground wire was caused when a recall repair was performed and they failed to retighten it. Toms Ford also fixed coolent and oil leaks and faulty wiper relays for me. Today is 6/24/15 We will NEVER use Ciocca Ford again! But Toms Ford here in NJ has won a new customer!

We just bought a Ford Focus ST1 from Souderton Ford through TrueCar. The entire process could not have been any easier!!! I had been to two other dealerships, and while they had ST3s in stock, they could not find me an ST1 in black. Within minutes of filling in the TrueCar request form, Danielle from internet sales sent me an email that not only described that they had the ST1 in black, but also included an image of the actual vehicles window sticker; no other dealers did this (unless specifically asked to do so). We drove up to the dealership and met Mark Phillips. Mark was great! He was easy-going, informative, no-pressure, and straight-to-the-point, throughout our car-buying experience. We test-drove and fell in love with the car and its features. We came back and told Mark we would think about it. In the meantime, we were getting tons of calls and email from other dealerships (most of which were designed for us to call or visit them to see what they had available - instead of indicating the availability of the exact car that we were looking for). We contacted Mark several times over the course of the next 4-5 days to ask questions. He promptly responded by phone and email, which was great; we are both really busy, but he was totally willing to work with us on our schedule. He sent us a quote for our car by email and two days later we agreed to purchase the car on a Friday night. We asked for heated seats to be installed and Mark took care of this for us as well. We returned to the dealership, went through their financing and took possession of the car that night. Mark spent another hour going over all of the features of the SYNC system, synchronized me and my wifes phones with the cars computer, and answered all of our questions. Again, he treated us fairly and with respect. We would recommend this dealership, their internet sales, and their sales representatives to anyone!!! Good job Faulkner Ciocca Ford!!!

I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this dealership. (Lou-used car manager Patrick-service manager Greg Pollice-general manager) I bought a 2008 Saturn Outlook from them, 9 days later the transmission failed, the company sent me in circles time and time again, facilitating basically everything for myself, they had absolutely no process in place for dealing with a buyer from out of town. Eventually they did replace the transmission. Not a week later the vehicle had every light on the dash lit up & shut off on me. Once again I was faced with unreturned phone calls & facilitating service for myself. Approx. 2 weeks after that there was a transmission fluid leak as well as a bad water pump. The dealership treated me in a despicable manner, pawning the vehicles troubles off on everyone but themselves. This vehicle came with a flawless 90 day warranty which they did not intend to honor until it was last resort & I had bought the extended warranty. After a month and a half of horror I questioned the dealerships general manager if I could trade the vehicle for what I had purchased it for & get into something else, not that I wanted to deal with them any longer but just to not lose completely, I stated I did not feel safe in this vehicle with a newborn baby and a toddler, they could have cared less. Awful terrible horrible people with cold hearts compile this dealership. If you can I would highly recommend steering clear of this establishment. P.S. this is the first review I have ever written in my life on google & I am not an extremely finicky person who is hard to please. This experience compelled me to take time I truly dont have presently to attempt to save someone else from the horror I experienced dealing with Faulkner Ciocca Ford of Souderton. I did trade the vehicle on my own & thank god I no longer have any ties!!!
