This was my second experience making a vehicle purchase from Enterprise and that is largley due to my first experience some years prior. I shopped around their website to find a car I wanted in the price range I needed and found it at another Enterprise location. I made one call to Phillip at Essington dealership and he made all the arrangements to have the car transferred. The entire process took less than 3 hours which included the test drive. Mark and Phil took great care of me; no stress, no worries, gave me a good deal on my trade and got an affordable payment! Thank you guys for doing business with me. You made it simple, in fact I enjoyed the coffee bar while you worked! I have to thank Dominic also for following up with me to personally thank me for my purchase and make sure I was satisfied! What outstanding customer service! I strongly recommend this place of business to anyone and I would do it all over again.

Amazing team of guys who get the job DONE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND(no faking Im not being paid lol) First off I would just like to say I NEVER WROTE REVIEWS but I thought it was more than necessary to give a great review for the team at the Enterprise on Gov Print BLVD! This was the first time I have ever financed a car and of course you could just imagine how nervous I was... my car search started and finished at Enterprise. Paul Gibson make this hectic process very comfortable to me... every one there showed me nothing but smiles and been extremely helpful up to the manager Dominique who made me feel like family and one other guy I cannot remember his name! I wish I did because he too was amazing he along side Paul teamed up and got me out on the streets in no time with my situation! I cannot thank you all enough I will definitely be recommending!

Had a great experience here shopping for a car for my daughter. We had looked at other car dealers but returned to Enterprise because of the employees we interacted with. They were helpful but not pushy, answered our questions, offered suggestions and kept in touch. My daughter returned to college after her spring break with her new enterprise car and had the check engine light come on. Dominic the sales manager arranged to have her car serviced at the local Dodge dealership by her school and continued to follow up that everything worked out ok. They could have easily said the check engine light didnt fall under their 12mo warranty but they didnt. They went out of their way to help us which I wont forget next time were looking for a car. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Essington PA if youre shopping for a used vehicle!

Let me just say, I rarely write reviews, either positive or negative. BUT, this was one of the best purchasing experiences Ive ever had. My girlfriend needed a new car, and no place was willing to work with our credit situation and quality of current car. Immediately when we walked into this location, we were greeted with smiles and friendly, honest communication. Our salesman, Alec, was amazing. Their financial manager, Dominic, literally did everything in his power to get into a great car and gave us an AMAZING value on our trade in. It was nerve-racking, and it may have taken a little while, but they didnt play any games. We were out of there in 4 hours with a brand new car and a rate that we were more than happy to work with. I will recommend this place to every single person I know looking to purchase a car.

Enterprise really went out of their way to find a great car for us at a very reasonable price. Their service was incredible! They took the time to understand how we drive and where we go to suggest appropriate vehicles. We test-drove several and they didnt hit the mark, so we decided to wait a few days and see what else came in. The rep called us the next day and said he found the one and would have it brought to the Essington lot that afternoon. We went to look at it, and he was right! Prices are lower than the blue-book value, and there is a 7-day refund policy. Since the reps are NOT on commission, there is NO pressure - they are truly there to help you find a great car! I will both go back and tell all my friends...

I always stress whenever I buy a car. Usually you sit all day, while the sales person comes back and forth with various offers/requests. Not so with Enterprise, in Essington, PA. The entire process was complete in 3hours. I was able to complete most of the work/pre-approval online prior to showing up. My sales assistant, James Rumsey, was personable, thorough, and informative. This is the 2nd time Ive purchased a car via Enterprise, and will recommend them to anyone considering a 2015 model car, with low mileage, and active warranty. I purchased a 2015 charcoal gray Buick Encore. LOVE IT! Thanks guys.

Excellent customer service. I worked with kevin, he was fantastic. He helped me out in every way that he could. He never seemed to be bothered with assisting me, unlike most dealerships. I am so glad I went to enterprise, I went in on monday, got approved, had to wait for my pay off information, Tuesday I was out of my old car, they put me in a loaner while I waited for my new car to come in. Very great staff, everyone was so friendly and they didnt try to get over on you. I would highly recommend going to enterprise car sales. Thanks again kevin and the entire staff!

Experience was great. Dan the salesman was very professional and very nice. Sales manager was great as well. Few things could have made it 5 stars. I didnt receive a car fax report. I didnt not that the front windshield had a chip and was replaced. I went to saflit and the technician told me it was already repaired. Lastly during the signing processed I didnt have a chance to read who was my Leander, my purchase price, all the things you read before you sign. Felt like I was rushed. Other than that clean and welcome dearlership.

I just bought a Dodge Journey from Enterprise. This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased, and as usual I was treated like family by everyone the sales associate who;s name is Paul Gibson was very courteous and informative about the different options in the vehicle from the test drive up until he put the license plate on and I drove away..I also was impressed by his boss Dominick who did the search to get me the best interest rate on a day when all the banks were closed for the observance of the New Year. .
