DO NOT GO HERE! These guys are crooks. I had went in to get a car from the place and right away they were just pointing me direction where i didint want to go. They showed me a acura that was older then my car that I was trading in. Just when I was gona walk away all of a sudden they had a FORD EXPLORER to show me. It was filthy, dirty I mean it looked like they had just repowed from its previous owner. They said it needed to be detailed and inspection sticks that they would handle it.I went the next day and they detailed it but couldnt go to the shop to get it inspected. I got phone calls after phone calls harassed by one of the salesman that I gotta hurry this up and so on and so on. I mean I HAD JUST bought the truck. Finally I go to get the truck done and I didint even have an appointment. This was getting on my nerves now. WHen the mechanic finally saw my truck. He told me it needed aloooot of work done to it. I was lost and angry this should of been done and ready before i drove home with it...to make the story short I told them they can shove the truck where the sun dont shine. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The staff have great customer service skills in the beginning,but they werent fully knowledgeable when it came to getting car warranties or insurance. If its your first time financing or leasing a car, please do your research or bring someone with you that is fully aware of this information. They claimed they would take good care of me , absolutely not. There not trustworthy at all. The vehicle was making noise the following month after I recently purchased. I only had a 30 day warranty, the factory warranty is up. They never explained this information to me. They gave me the run around about taking my car to the shop, to get a diagnostic check. The only great outcome that came out of this experience is the rate I pay each month for my vehicle. I wouldnt recommend this place for a first time buyer, leasing or finance.

Star Auto Loan did what they said, but unfortunately they didnt tell the whole story. They said they would get me financed, and they did - but at the total expense of my credit report. Now, months after buying my car I check my credit as I prepare to buy a house, and to my surprise I have 24 (TWENTY FOUR!!!) hard credit inquiries on my credit report, destroying what used to be an acceptable credit score. I had ZERO knowledge that they sent my credit application around to this many lenders - and would have just as soon NOT bought the car versus sacrificing my credit score for the foreseeable future. NOT COOL.

Profoundly disappointed....Salesman (one of the two Mikes) informed me that they dont show cars until AFTER I agree to make a down payment... Sure, make a down payment on a car I have never seen...Hell no. My credit isnt the best but my brain works just fine.. Rude, nasty and discourteous staff....There are zillions of options for car buyers at all income levels in the Philadelphia region. Nobody has to put up with Donald Trump attitude...Wouldnt waste my time again on these intemperate troglodytes posing as salesmen.

Went in to talk, just ask a couple questions to see if we could get a 2nd vehicle. The man who helped us, Mike, was very pleasant, with myself, my wife, and everyone our little Chihuahua who visited with everyone in the dealership. Mike did his business, crunched some numbers, and we left with a 2016 Mitsubishi. How cool. They know their business and are very helpful. I rate them caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Good job.

Oh the buying the car was all peaches and cream had the car for two months and been visiting the shop for the car for the whole 2 months lets jusy say im driving with hazards on to the place to get it fixed I dont even want it anymore Contacted Chris the person who sold me the car Ive tried to contact and he will not contact me back but wanted my husband to get a car from them call a million times but wont call me about my car

They definitely put me in a car despite my bad credit. However the finance company they put me under (AUTO TRAK) stinks! If you are 3 days late, they cut their tracking device off as if you are a criminal trying to steal the car! That device stinks! Truefully people you can get a decent car (TRACKING DEVICE FREE), WITH BAD CREDIT! Trust me because I have done it in the past! I just settled here and for the last time

I went to star loan with little expectations and left pleasantly surprised! After 5 long days of car shopping I finally found a dealership that I thought was honest and that I could trust! I worked with Rob who answered all of my questions thoroughly and he helped me find a car that best fit me! It is affordable and very clean!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to drive my 2015 ford focus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They suck & the car I brought in 2005 , was a 2003 Nissian Alt, in 8 months in having the car the dam thing broke was a true lemon. Go to Conicelli they work with all types of credit. And the big black guy Michael Butler sucks, he sells his self more than the car. I'm here to buy a car not get a date omg lmao , the wrost place.
