Definitely would give 0 stars if I had the option. First and foremost, they let me drive off in an car that was not inspected. I didnt even think to check since most reputable and professional dealerships would of already had the sticker on. My first car Ive ever bought so I didnt think anything about having illegal tint on the car as well, which I was pulled over for. The place they sent the car to get inspected is also crap they only approved the car because they have a contract together. The tires alone would not have passed inspection. The car ended up needing more work than expected so I unloaded it only to realize that they registered my plate under a truck tag so therefore I had to pay more money for a new tag when I purchased my next vehicle. Not only that, I only had the car for a month and when I was getting work done on my new car they proceeded to say "Luckily you got rid of that car in time, we had to break into it today to try to get it to start." Their cars are crap, especially since it was a newer make and model vehicle. They dont even have an auto body shop or take it anywhere for a basic oil change which my car needed. At first they were nice people, but its definitely just a bluff because they know youre going to spend "x" amount of money of a piece of junk car.

Let me start off by saying that I ALWAYS try to keep the money in the African American neighborhood, however, there are owners like this that turn me off and force me to go elsewhere. I certainly understand the economic turmoil that were experiencing, nevertheless, that leaves no room for arrogance, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. At Deals R Us, I received NO CAR FAX, NO TEST DRIVE b/c "they were about to close!" (certainly not understanding whats of importance) and the owner Joe talked to me as if I needed him, rather he needed me or we need each other. Im not going to continue to baffle nor complain because I dont want to stomp another BLACK business, but clearly this brother needs to go somewhere and be an intern and then come back in a few years.- Dated: October 6th, 2010

I HAVE GOT 3 CARS FROM DEALS R US AND THEY WERE GREAT!! tHE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY POLITTE! THEY HAVER SOME REALLY NICE CARS THERE AND ALL THE CARS I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THERE RAN GREAT AND HAD NO PROBLEMS! AND ALSO LET ME SAY THAT THEY DO INSPECT THE CARS FOR YOU AND WILL HELP YOU GET INSURANCE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ALREADY

The manger is very thick headed and has little to no knowledge in what hes selling. They give no insurance what so ever with the car you buy nor do they give it an inspection. I almost got my first car from here but I know Im glad I stopped myself. Look elsewhere if you want something safe and reliable.

First of all my vehicle was never inspected and then they sold me a warranty that the company does want to honour it because the car wasnt inspected now they dont even want to fix the problem knowing it was something wrong when I purchased it, if I could give 0 I would.
