Do not go to these losers. They will smile in your face and lie about the car you are buying. When you first buy the car it seems fine. A few days or weeks later, the car will start to act up and you find out that you have an expensive slew of problems. They make small patch ups to the car so that you WONT see the real problems the car has. They are not honest car salespeople. STAY FAR AWAY. I had to get a complete transmission rebuild and new brake pads, all which total more than half of what I paid for the car. I hope people truly see this and do not give these people a chance. I did, thinking I would get a quality car, but got a shitty one in return. There goes over $3000 wasted. And they will try to make you believe that there is nothing wrong with the car when you ask about visible problems when first checking out the car. I had to yell at the sales guy for him to stop lying to me. If you know what is good for you, please choose someone else. If another thing goes in my car, I will use the Lemon law against these scam artists and will make sure no one else has to go through what I have gone through. I really dont know how these salespeople sleep at night. Other issues: 1. asked why there was water in my trunk (this is winter) and salesguy said he washed out the trunk. There is an acutal leak in my car and my trunk gets completely soaked after it rains. 2.Radio was not working and salesguys sworeeeee it was. 3. Car started to act up right when warranty was ending- great timing for these scammers because now I had to deal with the entire cost of repairing my car. 4.Engine light came on immediately after I drove it off the lot to go get gas; I take it back and salesguy says to always screw the gas cap on tight. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. 5.Transmission starts acting up a month after ownership of the car but is off and on. 6. Right before I had to go out of town after one week of ownership, engine light comes on yet again when I turned on my car. I leave a detailed message saying that I need to bring it by and GET NO RESPONSE. This is right before that big snowstorm that hit around January 20th. I bet if they say this today, they would swear up and down that I did not leave a message. Save yourself the hassle and go to a more trusted dealer. In college trying to pay these bills by myself is no joke.

If I were you I wouldnt listen to these jokers below me; for one if you get a used car, expect there to be maintenance. Its more of a fact of life than the dealers issue. Also I wouldnt listen to anybody who didnt have reasons to back up such harsh attacks. At any rate, I did something most would frown upon; I went to Fellah Auto alone. I knew nothing about contracts, deeds, taxes, anything like that. I would have been an easy target for any salesperson if I had not gone to Fellah. Good thing I did. The first time I went I had just got my license three days beforehand. I was really just in a hurry to get a car so I can stop taking the bus. But one of Fellahs associates, Andre, suggested something that a garden variety horror-story car salesman would rarely do....he suggested that I come back later in the month, so I could save up enough that I wouldnt need to send out extra money in taxes after getting the car. Also in that time frame I could talk to my parents about getting on their insurance. I was bummed, but I really appreciate that it seemed like he was putting my peace-of-mind over selling the car. And thats the main reason I came back to Fellah 11 days later, with the money for the down payment and the taxes, and a game plan for insurance. And I came back after finding cheaper car prices elsewhere. Lastly, I appreciate that the manager of this Fellah location, Tony, took the time to tell me what each part of each of my contract meant instead of just telling me to sign here...sign here...sign here...Im now a soon-to-be-proud-owner of an 01 Taurus (I financed), it drives great, and I dont feel any sort of burden financially because Fellah made sure I was on the right path. Id recommend them to anybody. I dont know what the future holds with them, but they darn sure made a good first impression.

7/22/16 - found a car I was interested in at a reasonable price on their website. Called to confirm it was still available. Drove over an hour to get to the site. Spent another hour looking at the car and taking a test drive. Sat down with the salesman after this to discuss the sale of the car. Within a few minutes from the start of the conversation I was asked where I saw the price. When I said on the internet I was told their was an error on the site and the real cost was $2,000 more than advertised. Argued for several minutes but was told by the salesman that he couldnt sell it for less than the higher price. The salesman was going to complain to the website folks and see if they would help him financially honor the price. He took my number and said he would call me back either way within a half an hour. Havent hear from him since. Honest mistake - I doubt it.

About 5 months ago I stopped in Fellah to finance this beautiful 2012 Dodge Journey. Although the mileage was high it was clean inside and out. I loved it. 2 days after the engine light came on (luckily it was still under a manufacture warranty). They were courteous enough to offer us a loaner. After driving a couple hours engine light again. They offered another loaner (engine light). My husband and I was livid. We didnt want to close this deal and wanted a refund. After making a bit of a fuss it was granted by the owner. He refunded us and referred to it as a "deal gone bad". I felt like they tried to sell me a lemon. Now Im driving a brand new 2016 Dodge Journey that I purchased from Dodge/Ram/Chrysler/ in Springfield Pa with a lifetime of the loan warranty. Never buy used cars

I went to Fellah very down in the dumps. I was greeted by a Salesman named Malcolm. He immediately started working with me and after a short period of time he got me approved and I drove home home with a 2013 Ford Escape, and a new friend. i would recommend to anybody who needs help to go to Fellah of Springfield. Not only did he listen to me he also taught me things like how to improve my credit for the time around. It was a very bad day that ended on a good note thanks to Malcolm..... at Springfield Fellah.

I just completed a purchase of a 2013 Ford Edge and I LOVE it!!! My sales rep Jim Johnson took the time to hear exactly what I wanted in my next vehicle and helped me find the perfect make and model. He also suggested finance options that worked for my budget. On the day of signing, Malcolm even offered a fresh carwash before I was on my way. Great guys at this location with great service. If you need a vehicle this is the place to go!
