RUN RUN FAR AWAY!!!!! We went in on 7-16-16 to purchase an F250 from here that we had been looking at liked. they first knocked down our trade-in $2,000 less then it was worth and was very greedy about coming off the price but my husband loved the truck so we decided to buy it and of course Rob (manager) talked us into buying a warranty for $2,500 that would "cover anything major", so we thought we got a great deal. SIX DAYS, yes SIX days later. The radiator blew $1,500, then the next day still having problems so we had to pay $350 to get a diagnostic ran on it. We then find out the head gaskets were blown (UNDRIVEABLE) & $4,000 job. So we went to Drivemax and Rob said cut us a check for $600 for the radiator and tow the truck to ALABAMA to Stroked out Diesel to have it repaired and assured us they would cover it all. They give my husband one of their rental trucks to drive & tow it to Alabama, after 2 days they call and tell us its too much money that didnt know it was going to be 4k and that Robs boss said no they are towing it back. So we call this wonderful WARRANTY since its a major and truck is not in driving conditions and what do you know ITS NOT COVERED so we are out anoth $2,500 for that. 5 days after the truck getting repaired for the 2nd time the battery goers out another $200. Now here we ONLY 1.5 months later and the truck is NOT in driving condition AGAIN had to get towed home $50, a mobile mechanic to come look at the truck to tell us we have to take it in $85 and now we are having to tow it again to a diesel repair shop bc the mechanical said it in the injectors which lord knows how much we are looking at after this repair on top of paying for a rental car today into next week just to get to work. I hope their family members or anyone tehy know get sold a PIECE of junk for $18,000 with a warranty that doesnt cover anything!! I will make sure i tell EVERYONE i know how horrible this experience was still is we are already out $6k before this new incident and havent even made our second payment yet. SHAME ON YOU ALL, for selling CRAP AND LOTS OF LIES!

So, we just left with our new car from here. Everything about everything was amazing. Frankly I love the car and the people and I would love to give this a 5 star review but we just put $10 in gas in it and as we pulled out of the gas station the service engine soon light came on. Im really not too happy about this. Unfortunately the store is closed right now so I left a message but well see how this plays out. Would be glad to change this to 5 stars but well see what happens. Follow up: the service engine light was due to the gas cap being loose. No problems here. Also, Robert was all for taking care of any issue regardless of what it was and even suggested I go somewhere and have the code scanned. This is definitely the kind of dealership we need more of in this world. You guys are awesome. Heres that five star review for you. You earned it.

Visited their dealership to see a specific car. I had already verified the price by phone with 2 employees the evening before and on their website the morning of my visit. I gave the salesman their own stock number for the car upon arrival. But somehow the price went up $1,450 while we were out doing the test drive. The vehicle had never been priced that high in the 26 days they had it on the lot. It started out at $15,493 the day they listed it and had dropped to $14,999 over the course of 26 days, but suddenly rose to $16,450 while I was test driving it. When I asked the salesman for his card, he went back into his office and gave me a card for a guy he had repeatedly told me was off that day. So, a lot of games seemed to be played that day. I would not recommend to any person (who doesn’t look like they are from that area).

The guys at Drivemax provided me with excellent customer service. My husband and i had been looking at a vehicle, when we arrived Chris was extremely helpful we test drove the vehicle he answered all of our questions. We inquired about other vehicles test drove them and never once did he become impatient. Tristan provided us with warranty information. Even after we left Chris called to follow up to see if we had any other questions. I told him we wanted to have the vehicle checked before we purchased just so that we felt comfortable he was more than willing, we had it checked our mechanic raved about the vehicle. Needless to say we purchased not one but two vehicles, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

The team at DriveMax in Dallas was phenomenal. We shopped several other vehicles and they were one of the two best prices options we found. We ended up coming back to DriveMax because of the trust they had built with us that morning. We also felt zero pressure and the team was extremely professional. Like an idiot I never checked the truck for a spare tire until after all the papers were filed and the truck was 100% mine at home. Despite having no real responsibility to find one the team spent a few weeks tracking one down for me and stayed in touch the whole way through. Class act team!

Had a great experience to drive Max today… Got a quick response via the Internet when I placed an initial inquiry about a truck, was greeted promptly when I got on the lot, and the test drives, and the final purchase went very smoothly. Very friendly team of people, and they were even nice enough to gas up the truck before I left, which I didnt expect… They offered me an extended warranty, but they were not pushy when I declined the first time. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend them to you if you are looking for a vehicle in the area . Chris

I stopped by on a saturday because a certain truck caught my eye. I have been looking for months. Austin shook my hand to say hello. After talking briefly i gathered some info and was on my way. But during the week things were going on to get things ready. The very next Saturday i picked up the 2009 Dodge 1500 Laramie at an incredible price. Process was easy no document fees and friendly staff. Were all great. Thanks Austin, we will be in touch.

A great experience at Drivemax. Being privately employed as a nanny came with some challenges when it came to financing. Robert went above and BEYOND to get me approved and continuously kept me informed about the process along the way. Purchasing a vehicle is perhaps one of my least favorite things to do, but thanks to Austin, Robert and the entire staff at Drivemax my experience was top notch. I love my new Accord! I recently purchased a vehicle from Drivemax and unfortunately there was a slight challenge with obtaining my temporary tag. But what prompted me to give a 4/5 stars, is the way they kept me informed and updated on everything, I noticed the great hospitality and personal touch added to making my wait comfortable and with that being said, thank you, Robert, Austin,Tristan and the Drivemax staff! I love my Mazda.
