I have to say that their service department is by far the best in the state. Always friendly, do not not try to tell you that there are things wrong with your car that isnt and when you go there and wait for your car, they get out as fast as they can and while you wait the sales staff is friendly but not pushy. When I buy my next car that is where I am going and they will always be my service place.

Wendall in the maintenance dept has been a jerk both times Ive had to drop off a vehicle. Once last year, and once last week, he acted like it was a complete inconvenience. Both times hes treated me like an idiot and tried to act like all of the issues with the vehicle werent necessary to fix. If my company used any other approved repair shops in the area, no chance I would ever go back.

I have always had excellent service at Bob Allen. The service people are great and dont tell you things need to be done to your vehicle unless it really needs it. The salespeople are very friendly and get you what you ask for and the manager and financial people are also great. I have done business with them for years and have always been treated right.

Took my car in for repair, and when itnwas determined it would take some extra time, I was promptly shuttled home. My service contract company initially denied my repair claim, but this dealership contacted them back and worked on my behalf to correct the issue. Service desk was friendly and helpful at all times. Repair was perfect. Great experience.
