Had a very difficult time Obrien Gates, communicating with the service department. After trying to communicating over the phone and leaving multiple voice messages. I tried texting service attendant cell phone, finally in order to communicate I had to go through Ms. Carr who would take my question then call me back with the answer. Finally after 12 weeks of this, I had my car towed from Frankfort, Ky., to Lexington, Ky., to Glenn Nissan. I was very concerned about the service. Within 48 hours I was called with a plan to work on getting my cars repairs completed. It was like night and day. When Glenn Nissan says they are going to do it gets done.

We take our Frontier here for service. In the past if we experienced a issue once brought to the advisors attention it was quickly addressed. However, this time there denying they did the damage. I spoke with Ms. Carr who said they didnt do the damage, they wouldnt be repairing it, to leave now & dont come back!! She added, it isnt her problem that Neil Huffman Nissan is the closest dealership to me & theres no one else above her to complain to!!

Dont take your vehicle here for repairs! Ours was in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks for a 16 hour job and the check engine light came back on the day we picked it up.
