My wife and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle to replace one of our two older four door sedans (from our college days). We really had our eyes set on the Honda Pilot, so knowing that we perpetually scoured the internet searching for one within our budget. We were not sold on a particular year, make or model but knew that whatever we purchased, it must be from a reputable dealer. We shopped for model years from 2006 through 2012 to see what was either in our price range, or what we preferred. After missing out on the sale of a 2008 model, we realized that we were going to need to act quickly if we were to find one in range (as it seems, for mid sized SUVs pilots are wildly popular among many motorists). So that brought us to Brandt Auto Brokers. When we first saw the cars through searching on "car gurus" we discovered that there were two older (2006) models on a lot not far from our Smyrna home. We researched Brandt and read several of their positive and negative reviews and were very impressed with the reviews despite the fact that we were skeptical at first (most impressive were the gracious responses that Richard and Greg gave for the "one star" reviews. And then as they say, it got "Gooder"! After doing a test drive and thoroughly inspecting the black 2006 pilot LTD, Greg and Richard said, "why dont you take it home tonight and decide tomorrow if you want to buy it?" I was quite surprised at their offer, but very grateful since weve actually been having car troubles with both our sedans (one being in the shop and the other sentra too small to comfortably fit our two kids and my wife). That said, I did return the car the following day (after putting over 150 miles on it...which they were warned beforehand and agreed to). While the vehicle we drove was a great ride, unfortunately, there just a couple of items we couldnt agree to live with so we decided not to purchase (we really wanted the newer body style also). I promised Richard and Greg I would write this review because they really went out of their way to take take of my family (and they never even got to meet my wife and kids). Thank you gentlemen for leading in "customer service" by example! May God continue to bless your customer friendly business!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I work for a repair shop in Colorado and had a customer come in who bought a vehicle from Brandt Auto Brokers. Came to find that the engine had cylinder wall damage and needed to be replaced. I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Greg through the process of getting an engine back into the vehicle and get it running well. Needles to say I had the vehicle for a month and had to fight with Greg tooth a nail to get the vehicle fixed. There was clear communication and documentation on my end as far as pricing and repairs go. Greg plays games and refused to do the right thing, he wanted to cheapest way out of fixing this vehicle. He went so far as to charge the customer 1500.00 for the "financial company" I call bullshit. In the end the vehicle did get fixed the right way but it was because of our morals and ethics with carry at our shop. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. The vehicles are of poor quality and the customer service is atrocious. Looking for quick and easy money, no morals, no ethics, and above all else liars. If I could give zero stars I would.

What a headache... the car buying process was great, Richard was a great help in getting the car, but then it came time to get my tag... First visit - paperwork not processed yet, called Brandt, they had gotten my paperwork confused with someone elses, after getting an extension, 2nd visit - we still dont have the paperwork, called Brandt again, umm we sent it well look into it (somehow car was under my name and someone elses), they fixed the issue and said they would deliver the paperwork Monday and I could get my tag Tuesday - its Tuesday and so I go for the 3rd time - no paperwork - oh yes our delivery person only goes to dekalb county on tuesdays so it will be later this afternoon - all total between driving there and back and waiting at the tag office Ive waisted 4 1/2 hours on this ordeal- but yippee I get a free oil change out of it if I drive to Marietta to get It ....

Best car buying experience ever. I bought my 2008 Kia Sorento from Richard and Mark in December of 2011. Richard went above and beyond to help get me into the perfect vehicle for me as well as financing. Just recently, my Kia had a random issue with the rear differential. I took it to Kia to have it diagnosed and was told that not only was I not covered by the 100,000 mile warranty (it doesnt transfer to second owners) and that the repairs would cost $1500 I immediately called Richard for any advice. Richard and Greg both assisted me and recommended me to DW Motors auto repairs who was able to correctly diagnose the issue and save me $700 on repairs. I would absolutely buy a car with Brandt Auto Brokers again and have recommended friends and family to their business. Richard, I hope I spelled your name right ;)

I bought a 2003 BMW 525i last year from Brandt. I couldnt have been happier! 5 speed manual, heated seats, heated steering wheel even - and that BMW feel/ride. GREAT CAR. Richard was excellent to deal with. Last week I went back to Brandt and upgraded my ride to a 2004 BMW x5. Once again Richard was great to work with and made the buying experience easy and comfortable. Straight forward, no hassle. Just like last time. And once again a FANTASTIC CAR!! I trust working with Brandt. I will be watching their inventory for the next car we need (likely another BMW ;) )

I spoke with Richard and I really appreciate his honesty. I visited several dealerships trying to decide if I wanted to purchase a vehicle at the moment. I felt the other dealerships did not have my best interest in mind. They were only trying to "sell" me a vehicle. Richard was direct and honest. I appreciate that so much. Ive decided to wait on making a purchase, but when I am ready...I will definitely contact this dealership!!!!

Terrible these idiots are RIP OFFS never purshace a car from this place they have a Tracker system in there cars you are being followed and cameras are in the car watching you where ever you go. They lie about contacts and will stick you with a very high intrest rate. even if you have good credit.

General manager is just out to make a quick buck off any subject key he can. Asked him to work on the price of a vehicle he cut me off mid sentence and laughed. Definitely not a place to go if you want good service and friendly staff. AVOID!!

I have purchased 11 cars from Greg over the years. Its hard to find good honest people in the business, but they are the real deal! I wouldnt buy from any other used car dealer. Rare find in the auto business.

Always nice to purchase your AMG from folks who actually drive one themselves. Highly recommend not wasting your time going anywhere else...... Greg & Richard are the real deal.
