As the owner of this company, I would like to say out of the thousand vehicles weve sold the majority of our customer are satisfied and are elated to do business with us. Please see our Facebook for a true reflection of our companies values and customer service reviews. Dishonest reviews are alarming and frustrating to any business owner who takes pride in their business.We offer financing to the most challenged individuals along with warranty options and other services to provide our customer with options and extra layer of protection and not mention some of the best prices in State. I would like to address each compliant with remarks, one a warranty covered his alternator 3 months later even after placing over 7k miles on a car in just a few months an never doing basic service. The client called and apologized as the service department explained it was normal wear and it was repaired at no cost to him but a $100 deductible. Used car arent new and basic maintenance is expected and should be kept up.The other client was refunded half of her deposit and was allowed to swap her vehicle even after placing over 1k miles on the vehicle a week later but swaps need to be apples to apples, so to say nothing was done is dishonest. Lastly, to the most recent complaint, we dont issue refunds under any normal circumstances, its very important to be honest on your application. Falsified information and dishonesty will not suffice anywhere and they werent offered a different vehicle due to multiple discrepancies and mismatch information, nor will they received any refund for their faults and lack of integrity. I hold myself and my team to the highest level of ethics and once you come see me youll find we arent pushy and very down to earth. We offer great prices and allow every vehicle to be inspected by anybody you choose. I advise customer to research the vehicle you want prior to buying them as some makes and models have common issues that should be made aware of just in case.......if you give me a chance you wont be disappointed!!!! I provide great simple interest financing with no prepayments or minimum finances charges with down payments starting at 899 plus tag title and payments as low as 199 a month up $400 max on higher end vehicles. I provide options for 1st time buyers and those on second and third chance financing, help me help you!!

these guys are unprofessional and dishonest on so many levels, I put a down payment on a vehicle, they then tried to give me a separate vehicle. Once I told them this is not the one we agreed to, they tried to charge extra. I did not pay the extra and I am waiting for a refund on my deposit, also, Dominique Snoddy works for Auto Source so PLEASE dont trust her 5 stars..I will add to my post, I looked at a 2011 all black nissan murano with 89k for miles... I gave a deposit on the car, when I returned 2 days later to make the purchase they had ANOTHER 2011 black nissan murano with 110k miles and first they swore this was the car I looked at and I let them know it was not, they then tried to sell it to me for more money which I will not do because that is not what we agreed to. I do believe that if a consumer puts down a deposit and the consumer changes the verbal agreement there should be no refund. BUT when the dealership changes the verbal agreement and try to charge you more for a car you did not see/want/agree to then THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD REFUND THE DEPOSIT and I am sure in this case they will, even if we have to go to court. BOTTOM LINE AUTO SOURCE LLC IS DISHONEST..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Great place, good cars, nice people. Shawn, Abi, and Dominique are nice and helpful. Ask Abi about her Daleks! I got a car from them about a week ago and it was in great shape, mechanically sound and a really great deal! My one complaint was their detailer. The detailer they work with is a joke. The guy didnt even touch the interior at all! Shawn offered me to come back and have it re-detailed for free, but when I went back to have that done, their detailer just up and left without even looking at my car. Thanks for nothing! Ended up just going to another detailer myself and paying out of pocket.

I purchased my SUV from them mayb a week ago. And my check engine light came on the SAME DAY when i called to ask what was wrong or what could be done. I was given immediate attitude and was told it was a used car and nothing could be done. I tried returning it but no one was there theyd closed and left prior to 7pm. I wouldnt recommend anyone purchasing from here. Theyre very unprofessional and unwilling to admit their wrong doings. I happy to have a car but regret purchasing it here. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THESE ARE LEMONS THEY ARE SELLING

I bought a dodge charger alternator went out the second week took the car to a shop found out the motor was bad and could possibly blow up due to continuously driving so I highly recommend Carvana all these cars they have are not dependable cars just look nice so please research before u purchase and they obviously have bad business
