Worst experience ever! My wife was in a car accident where her car was totaled. Going through our insurance we were having the vehicle towed to Columbus. The car sat on their lot for nearly a month before they would tow it. The mechanic called to find out when it would be delivered. IAA could not give him an answer. My wife called asking when it was going to be delivered. IAA could not give her an answer. I called to find out when it would be delivered and was told it was en route, and would be delivered the day I called. Well it was not delivered to my mechanic. The next day my wife calls to find out where the car is and the lady she speaks with gets pretty rude with her. This lady tells her she does not know where the car is and she is trying to get answers. After hearing this I call IAA and speak to an extremely rude woman by the name of Lynn. I ask her I need to speak with someone about a missing car. Right away she gets an attitude with me. I just ask her for answers on where the car is. Once she gets rude I ask to speak with someone above her. She puts me on hold for a few minutes only to have the same attitude and no one above her to speak with. I was shocked at the level of disrespect showed by Lynn for simply asking where our car was. She was completely rude and nasty. If you can avoid this company I would highly recommend it. The people answering their phones are RUDE and NASTY! Most customer service I have ever experienced.

Do not bid here, they have internet issues and they will make you pay for a car that you did not bid on. Lady on the phone was absolutely no help. When trying to switch my account to licensed business they said my name wasnt automotive repair related. 2 shops with 8 techs? Im not changing oil here, im repairing cars. These people that sit in office desks have no idea what the automotive world is like so how can they hire these people? Unsatisfied.

The worst company in th world. Worst customer service, fee hungry people and people work there didnt give a s*** about you. Also they make policies as they go for example we do not take payment at 4:30 then I say it says its website five and says okay. This is one of it there are so many. Salvage auctions are so rough people. Copart is little better.
