I recently purchased a used vehicle from First America (part of the Joseph Auto Group). When my heater stopped working after three weeks of owning the vehicle, I called to ask if they would help at all (not expecting it but worth the call). I was greeted with the following responses from TOM MARTIN: we wont pay anything whether it is $5 or $1000; Tom also said I was the most difficult person he had ever worked with because I was asking too much of him to replace broken rear vents that he neglected to tell me about before seeing the vehicle (for $25,000 the truck better be in good shape). Heres the best part...when I told Tom I WAS going to refer two people to him, he said I was full of s**t and if I ever refer someone to him he will turn them away and will not sell them a vehicle. Tom is a poor excuse for a car salesman and First America has demonstrated extremely poor customer service. Save some time and never go to First America/Joseph Auto Group.

Just bought a car today and traded one in. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. Mike was on the ball, had the car ready before I got there. Explained all the paperwork clearly and I was in and out. I feel like it was a good deal all around. I highly recommend buying a car there from Mike.
