I recently purchased a vehicle from Ohio Motors located on Kellogg Ave. Upon taking the test drive everything seemed to be fine although i did not crank the stereo up, i was more concerned with mechanical problems than any others before making my purchase. After purchasing on the ride home i was checking out the JBL factory sound system to find out the speakers were blown. No biggy! Within 3 weeks time the AC turned hot, passenger window went off track, the rear end dropped down dramatically, passenger power seat stopped working, and the brakes squeeled. I called they agreed to fix the problems i just had to make sure i made my payment when i brought the car in. I brought the car in the next week. I went over the problems again with them telling them my 2 biggest concerns was the AC and the rear suspension. I told them the AC had a leak because they told me it was charged right before i bought it and no AC runs out that fast. It took about 2 or 3 days to fix the car. I got the car back with the suspension still needing to be fixed, the AC leak still not fixed, the seat not fixed and they told me the speakers werent there problem. Therefore they managed to fix the breaks and put the window back on track while having to put the door panel on with drywall screws (clearly visable). They told me to go to Ford for the suspension problem, and that they couldnt fix it because they didnt have a mechanic. Air bags for the suspension and having it installed would have cost somewhere around a 1000 dollars or more. They also told me they charged the AC which did nothing because it all just leaked straight out. I told them that also and the refused to fix. So as im eating this bad deal that I got about 2 weeks later the battery goes out and the altenator a week later following. I asked them to just come and get the car that i didnt want the hassel of trying fix this junk that they sold me. I was told that they will not repo and they will just sue me. I guess they didnt wanna eat there own food or the same problems that had been causing me indigestion for weeks. Why screw yourself when you can screw someone else right?

Plain and simple, THEY SOLD ME A LEMON!!! -WARRANTY- WARRANTY COMPANY NAME: THE PENN WARRANTY COMPANY While buying the car they offer a warranty plan. I think it was free for 30 days and a choice between a 90 day and a 6 month. We got the 90 day and they were pushing us to buy a 6 month. About 3 weeks after getting the car the transmission started acting up. They came and picked the car up and changed the transmission filter and the fluid. Got the car back and the transmission completely gave out about 2 weeks later. I called and they said OUR MECHANICS DINT FEEL LIKE WORKING ON THE CAR AGAIN. YOU CAN TAKE THAT WARRANTY WITH YOU ANYWHERE. So I did. I took it to a transmission specialist and they started working with me. Once I got them all the warranty information the manager of the shop called back. He said he had worked with The Penn Warranty company before. HE SAID IF WE WERE TO TAKE THE TRANSMISSION APART THEY WOULD COME LOOK AT IT AND SAY IT IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. paid for it out of pocket. This place is a joke, they wont work with you, back up their product, cut you a deal or do anything that benefits you. I would never recommend Ohio Motors Inc. to anyone.

Tow truck driver was very rude. They came to get the car because we quit paying on it because it was a piece of crap from the start and when I told him I needed my tools out of it (from working on it continuously) he told me he needed the keys. I told him let me run inside and get them for you then I came back out and they had left. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WILL NEVER GET A GOOD WORD OUT OF MY MOUTH!

Easy to get a car from this place. However, they are VERY unorganized and their customers pay for it. They lost several payments of mine and had my title for several weeks and didnt know it. This caused my temp. tag to expire and they did nothing to help. Also, be aware! If you question anything they do or try to stand up for yourself, they leave threating and demeaning messages and texts.
