The people at this establishment are nice overall and the car buying experience is easy, especially if youre credit challenged. Thats where it ends. They are selling lemons. I traded in my Chryler Sebring because it didnt start in the cold weather for some reason even after I did engine work, replaced the battery, battery cables, starter, etc. I decided to get rid of it because as soon as the weather started dropping below 40, it wouldnt crank even after I put over a thousand dollars into fixing it. I ended up with a Cadillac truck from Auto Star and I loved it. After about a week the car started squeaking, about a month or so later, the engine line came on. I had problem after problem with this truck and within 8 months of owning it, it cut off on me at the gas station. I had it towed to a mechanic who advised me that the car had major issues *timing chain, cam sensors, etc* and it would cost over $4,000 to repair. Also, it should be noted that right after I traded my Sebring in, I went to their website and saw that they had cleaned it up and had it for sale for $4995, the car was NOT worth that much. On my way to work one morning I saw my old car on the side of the highway broken down. It had a blue sticker on the back that I would recognize anywhere and had the AutoStar temporary tag on it. Not only did they sell me a lemon, but they took my jalopy and slapped some wax and tires on it and sold it to someone, too. That car needed serious work and its a shame that they are cranking out these junk cars.

Warning!!!!!Do not buy from Here!!!!!!Maner was my salesman. He helped make this the worst car buying experience ever!!!!! Lied about everything just to get a sale. Not to mention 2 weeks later the transmission went out an its been over 30days now and still they have not called or responded to me about fixing it. No matter how desperate you are, Do not buy from this car lot, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you dont believe me, just walk in and look all over the walls, its states As-Is everywhere I guess thats their was of letting you know their cars are crap, but the salesman will assure you everything is good to go, dont trust it!!!!! Run!!! You have been fore warned...Your going to be stuck with a high car note an no car. Dont buy their problems just because you need a car, go somewhere where they offer some sort of warranty and great customer service. Dont get stuck like me:-/ This place has the worst grade of used cars ever. Take heed to these reviews !!!!! Everyone isnt lying!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a scam and a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company has a lack of communication and care for their customer and their satisfaction. Car had immediate issues and returned to dealer within 3 days. Dealer agreed to fix issues but was told they would be completed in 1 days time and when I called I was told that I could come get it. Upon getting to the dealership I discovered that my car was not ready. I was told that they could assemble the car and that it would not be able to be brought back because they work would be interrupted. Then advised me to "get a ride home". No offer for a temp. No concern that I was stranded because I was told it was a single day fix. No communication AT ALL. Please take all these cars to be checked by mechanic if you purchase here within the 3 days so you dont get stuck with issues that they are "not responsible for".

I purchased a Mercedes CLK 350 from them. During the post purchase cleanup of the car they took the mats and rear air handler out. When I asked for them to be returned they "couldnt find them" and I waited there for 45 minutes after closing to get them back. About a week later I noticed a strong burning oil smell. When I took it to my mechanic he showed me where they had added stop leak and oil treatment to the car to mask the mechanical issues. I will have to have the engine torn apart and new gaskets put in. I was cheated and lied to by AutoStar. You will be too.

THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE IT WILL BE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! I PURCHASED A CAR PUT 1200 DOWN AND WITH IN 2 DAYS THE CAR SHUT OFF COMPLETELY!! WHEN I CALLED TO GET HELP THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS AND CALLED BACK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE ALL RUDE AND DO NOT HAVE ANY ANSWER SO THEY PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD AGAIN!! AND STILL NO HELP!! IM TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE OUT SO THAT YOU DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY AS WELL!! BE SMART, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY!!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!! Terrible attitudes and very dishonest! They sold me a car with no warranty ,locking me into a $300 car note. Come to find out, the car they put me in had been recalled for safety issues about the steering wheel, I took it for a diagnostics test ,where we also discovered NONE of the airbags worked and finally after having the car for about 3 weeks it would not go into reverse. Complete waste of $1800 !! Please take heed!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Very small low quality selection of cars dishonest salesmen very bad attitudes and extremely unprofessional. Please do not purchase anything from here Please just do your research first. They sold me a car that was not only poor quality but also a safety hazard as well .please learn from my poor choice and do not come here

This is the worst place ever to purchase a car. The receptionist does not have the adequate training to transfer calls or put customers on hold and return to the call. ALL OF THEIR CARS HAVE ISSUES and the dealership wants you to pay for them. The manager dodges calls so that he does not have to address the problems.
