This place is a rip off , I took my note 2 for repair and after they call me that the phone was fixed guess what no it wasnt then they willing to use my old phone for a trade in on another so I do it but two months later that phone brakes down n they wont honor the products they sell ,so please dont trust them with any electronic devices find someone else

Although the staff were friendly, they told me that my phone would be replaced by Tuesday after i brought it in on the Saturday only a few days before. It is now Thursday June 15th, and I have instead opted for a refund and got my phone back. I was tired of being given an excuse about why my phone wasnt fixed TWO DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED.

A GOOD WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY TOLD ME 2 HOURS AND ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS JUST TO PUT AN HDMI PORT IN, I WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE YOURE BETTER OFF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. I HONESTLY HOPE THEY GET CLOSED

These guys are shady. We bought a used phone that the seller guaranteed as being legitimate and fully paid for. Within a month the phone was blocked by the carrier because it was reported as unpaid or stolen.
