Our experience at the Verizon Wireless on fifth avenue in pelham was fabulous. My brother needed a new phone because he lost his phone. Sharalie Rodriguez was extremely helpful. She was imformative and very friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with a current phone or anyone who needs a new phone. We will never go anywhere else. She is the best and the rest of the staff are just as nice. I have never been happier! I will be back to have her help me with my phone in he future. Thanks so much Sharalie!!

Sharalie is a wonderful person to work with and is incredibly patient and helpful. She helped transfer and set up 5 lines from ATT to Verizon and was very knowledgeable of all of the promotions going on, which saved us hundreds of dollars. I went in with a completely shattered phone and in a panic, but she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She found me the best plan, that was in budget for me. Never did I feel rushed. I lost my phone and within a day I got a new one. The people here are very polite and work very efficiently and try their hardest to make their customers satisfied. Russ was the one to help me out and he was very patient with me and as I mentioned was very fast with getting me up and ready to go again
