Just horrible! Im became customer at at&t few years but that time the closed store was in Main street & until now I didnt really have any issue. Recently my phone broke, I wasnt able to charge it & I went to the Fransis Lewis shop cuz was closed to me. I just needed a battery or a way to charge the phone to be able to transfer my infos, pics etc. The store was empty, only a young black guy (I dont know his name), sitting back of a computer screen...definitely not busy! I tried to explain to him what happened & he was looking to me with a half asleep look...I started getting upset of his face that looked disturbed from me, a customer! Finally he just told me that they dont have extra batteries in the store! Thats it! He didnt even saw any effort to help me as he supposed to do! He was even looking forward to go back to the computer screen that probably playing a game! I left the place frustrated & I even told him that I was going to review all that!

Today I visited this store for the first time. The service was excellent. I will recommend AT &T to my friends. During my visit today all my question were fully resolved. Both sales persons were very nice.

Not even related to at&t policy if you buy a phone here it will never show up on your account and u will never be able to trade in unless its from them
